You planning on playing this in VR? It interested me because of the support for that, but I haven't got it yet.

Started playing Star Wars Dark Forces again. Never actually finished the game when I was a kid and it came out and it brings back lots of memories and I have been dying for a good Star Wars game to play and SWBF obviously was not that, so what else is one to go than go back and play the Jedi Knight games which imo, are probably some of the best Star Wars games ever. Even the old school The Phantom Menace PC was a great game despite the movies short comings.

I've been playing a lot of Dirt Rally since getting my Odyssey, what a butt-clenching game in VR.

Divinity Original Sin 2. Never played turn based rpg before but been having a lot of fun with this one. Music and voice acting are superb.

I restarted a new character in The Division since it dropped the 1.8 patch and that might pull me from destiny 2
-
im also playing a little division as well, its certainly better than it used to be, just don't have the time for these games at the moment.
-
I restarted with a new character because you can't change a character's facial features like face type, skin tone, etc. So I created another female agent to play as cos chicks with guns are badass

Guys, you have to play NiER: Automata.
It's awesome. -
killkenny1 Too weird to live, too rare to die.
No a fan of such slasher games.
Besides, I heard that port wan't too good. -
Yeah, an awful port.
But still, I recommend that game. -

I recall enjoying the music from Nier, hopefully that's back. I have it downloaded but haven't played yet.ekkolp likes this. -

It's been ages since I heard the Brian Setzer Orchestra. Swing is certainly a new music direction for those games.

With BSO I meant OST, sorry
.
BSO equals OST in spanish ahhahaha. -

I learn something new every day.
Actually I thought you were saying the Boston Symphony Orchestra was the ones who recorded it, and was making a joke based on that. I had no idea it was Spanish.

You can't just install mods in Skyrim. You need to run some tools to clean up duplicate references and correct the load order. If you fail to do this then the game almost certainly will crash.

This is what happens when you rush lol.
I actually reinstalled Skyrim and mods. Took about two days to install everything in smaller batches plus 30 minute testing in between.
Works pretty neat, though now I'm facing other problem - it's freaking horrible, regardless of the amount of mods you shove in it. Gameplay is so choppy...
I don't even know why I still do this. Every time it's the same - waste a day or two installing mods, then play for a couple of hours and realize that it's kinda lame...
Hopefully Kingdom Come is almost there, only one month left! -

What mods? I don't recall having chop issues with similar setup. -

I mean like gameplay, i.e. combat. -
Okay, yeah... Skyrim is very hack-and-slash.

Ah, I recall using mods that cleaned up combat a bit (there's some that give you entirely different movesets for fighting) because it was pretty clunky. It's been a while but I think one of the most annoying things was that the slo-mo kills weren't scripted, and you could actually miss them, think there's a mod that removes that too. -
No VR for me, unfortunately. At least not anytime soon. But I have definitely enjoyed dabbling with Universe Sandbox 2 on the PC screen, and while I'm sure it'd be a better visual experience on VR, I kinda doubt it would do too much to dazzle me (it's not like there's a lot of immersive scenery--mostly just empty piece--though the stars and planets can be beautiful).

well I just signed up for origin access. tried Battlefield 2 starwars 2017. I didn't play for more than 5 minutes, just checking it out untill I have time. WOW them graphics, probably the best iv'e ever seen, it's not the photo realistic sort but the lighting and polygon counts are incredible. I think we have a new graphics king unless someone can point me in the right direction.

trying to finish off the For Honor Story campaign. I may look into doing a 1v1 duel to see how much I suck against real players and not AI!

Playing Rush in Bad Company 2 multiplayer is still fun as hell, but man the guns have a cancerous amount of bullet spread.

Subnautica.
Update... Got a few hours in now, this may be a serious time sink. Fans of the genre should consider taking a look if this has flown under their radar.Last edited: Jan 15, 2018 -

Played it in VR, wasn't really that impressed. Though I've heard they are fixing some issues with it, and if they get some of the clipping/control problems dealt with I'll take another look. -
I haven't had any issues with either although I'm not far into it, haven't tried VR though, just the vanilla pc game.

Bought Slay the Spire yesterday. Inexpensive and a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Mount Wingsuit. I'm not very good at it, but it's a lot of fun anyway. And actually getting a little dizzy looking down even though I know I'm in my living room is kinda cool.

Been insanely addicted in Slay the Spire the past few days trying to beat the game. Keep making it to the third level/boss at the end and failing there. Not sure how far the game actually goes. Also grabbed They are Billions and have been enjoying that a bit as well but I do not seem to be winning at either game any time soon lol.

I don't know why I haven't busted into Divine Divinity 2 until now as it's right up my alley and I've had it in the library for a few months. Having done so I'd say I'm going to lose some hours in it.

Been playing a lot of pubg, battlefield 4 and 1, fortnite, and destiny 2. Which is what made me of course decide to go for a 1080 with my laptop decision.

someone in R6: Siege thought it was a good idea to short change the team by TK'ing me in the early stages of the game....POS!

My buddies and I have been putting a lot of hours in to Elder Scrolls Online. Fun game and a great buy when on sale. I think I got my copy for around $10 on a sale.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony
Murders and executions back to being "merely" over the top as opposed to the ridiculousness of Goodbye Despair. Also, very neat twist at the end of the first chapter. Sets up the player up not to expect things to be the same as the first two games.LanceAvion likes this. -
