Don't know if you know who Jim Stirling is on YouTube, but he is super harsh on pretty much every game and he loves it. Planning on picking it up just off his recommendation and watching his gameplay

While Metro Exodus is an awesome game, I cannot recommend that anyone purchase it at this time. Please do not support them!
It's the only way to punish them for pulling it from steam and moving to Epic launcher exclusively.

Why the heck must be them punished for that? This is a free market, Epic Store give better price to developers than Steam, so why not. We need someome to face Steam so as end consumers we can take some advantage.

This is exactly why they are getting away with this and probably even with a profit.

If ppl keep supporting these decisions soon every game will be available on a completely new half-assed launcher like this epic crap. I'm not a fan of steam hosting all my games exclusively either but I'd like to be given the choice, not be forced to buy from one particular place because some company made some deal and made more money this way.

As you said, free market, do whatever you want...

But why punish the devs, that made a great game, for a decision that was made by the publisher?

Because that's the only option we have. Besides not buying it, we can't do anything about all this mess. Complaining for sure won't help...

Both very good but very different games - RE2 is much more action orientated. RE2 has a demo and the first level of the new Hitman game is free, so you can try both and see which one floats your boat more.

Anthem is on break until they fix the game and now I'm back to being an Agent in saving the world one city at a time, GO GO GO THE DIVISION 2!

This so far is a worthy sequel to TD1.

Funny thing about this. I purchased through Epic, but the preload did not work through UPlay and I had to redownload the entire client because UPlay’s locate and verification determined it to be unusable. However, you dont need Epic Games Launcher to run tD2, so I uninstalled it right after linking my purchase to UPlay.

    That is correct.

Wish my laptop would hurry up and get here!! I get The Division 2 for free through Tobii Eyetracker, but am tempted to just go ahead and buy it so I can play now. I probably won't get my laptop until right at the end of the month.

Woohoo, release day! Forgot about this and didn't get a chance to buy yet. On ubisoft web store so far it looks like it will work without epic software. At least that's my understanding. I really hope they won't pull a fast one on me and after I buy it say something like "please download epic launcher" or something...

if you have never played a loot based game, you're in for a treat... if you have & dont like them, you're in for a treat.

I was strictly a FPS player for well over a decade & the first installment of the division changed all of that (i now casually play FPS/BR's & mainly play division).

its pretty fun & content will last for years if understand the concept of a looter shooter like division (the loot grind is comes after you essentially finish the story line & is another experience in itself)

I'll give it a shot. I think I saw that there's a demo available for it on uplay.

I like loot based games a lot. I think I've spent the most amount of hours in fallout4 than other games of its time...

Yeah! Couldn't play it last night, ****ty hotel wifi speeds. Dowload took 7  hours. Can't wait to get to it today.

Edit: After a quick session this seems to be an awesome game. Finally something that doesn't baby us around and not everyone is a winner. I'm not ashamed at all having died a bunch of times during the tutorial. Make the fights that much more satisfying.

I hope the back end of this year doesn't end up as loaded as the front end was....Played Anthem, playing Division 2 now, have Sekiro downloaded, in process of DL'ing Metro (got for free with my new laptop), MK 11 comes out in less than a month, and then Rage 2 comes out May 14th (looks cool, will hopefully be worth playing).

Just a quick heads-up, playing Outward in parallel with Sekiro is a bad idea.

With the combat in Sekiro being so good, Outward feels much much weaker. It almost feels as if your weapons just go through enemies and don't connect at all. Otherwise the atmosphere is nice. I'm not saying anything bad about it but it sort of feels... dated and a bit clunky, compared to other current games. Not drawing a conclusion yet, I've only played for a few hours.

I loved Darksider 1. Darksiders 2 was even better, Death is just so good.

Darksiders 3 was a letdown. But... In comparison to other SP RPG like games out there, D3 is great. I had a lot of fun with it. But in comparison to the previous two games, meh. But worth a play as it sets us up for the 4th game.

I dunno how I feel about the 4th game. Darksiders 1, loved swinging around a gigantic sword. In Darksiders 2 had the best weaponns. Dual scythe, gigantic hammer and fist weapons.

D3 was weird. You had one weapon for the entire game... You are able to upgrade them about it. And it's a whip. I dunno, it's just underwhelming when as death you were slicing with scythes and smashing with hammers.

D4 is going to be guns. Again I dunno how I feel about that. I wish D4 strife was more representative of pestilence, and maybe have a sorcerer/witch doctor type combat? He could still do melee with his staff, and in between the attacks could inflect disease and toxic damages. Instead we're gonna get a pistol wielder. We'll see.

Short story, play D3, it is fun and it does setup for D4.

Oh I love stumbling on these completely unexpected gems.

No need for details, if you know the first one, DO IT!

$19.99 on steam and if purchased before Apr 30, you get a 2nd free copy of it. I just bought it so I probably have an extra to maybe give away.
