I loved ACod but after 100 hours man I'm burned out, of course it doesn't help that I played ACor right before for 80hrs. I got through the first world of the atlantis dlc and the first episode of the other dlc and that's it. I'll come back to it after a while though. Skyrim, I try a replay every 2 years or so but I just can't after a few hours it's just played out.

Playing post epilogue RDR2 and will go back into an old save of the main campaign for bounties and other small stuff I skipped. Weird to me that they didn't utilize the whole desert part of the map in the main campaign and even most of the epilogue. I guess it was built for online? Will be firing up WRC9.

Edit: Always playing theHunter COW, it's always different like a detective game finding prey, doing mostly the missions but it's a great hiking/outdoor simulator too lol

I re-installed Skyrim SE and dumped all the parallax mods (texturesv and higher poly) and unofficial patch into it as well as.

Started over my Archer/Alchemy char that I never got far into the first time I started an SE run. I'm sure I'll eventually abandon this playthrough but having fun with it and the added texture, env and model quality is nice. It's like a nice little quality bump that is extremely consistent with vanilla look. Also it's been long enough that there's a lot I've forgotten. You would think that wouldn't be the case with 550 hrs in oldrim. Lol. I'm up to 70hrs+ in SE now.

Oddly the achievements weren't working last time due to using built in mod functionality for I think just the unofficial patch, but apparently using a mod manager instead of the built in mod tools they still work. Was surprised when one popped up last night. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm curious about the total size of your install with all the mods? I've heard of crazy large sizes with mods like hundreds of GBs.

I'm only using SKSE64, SKSE engine fix plugin, SMIM, High Poly Project, Skyrim 2018,2019,2020 by Pfuscher with all the patches and parallax and skyrim unofficial patch. I don't recall the total download size of all the mods being much over around 10GB at the most. Pretty much all of what's here in the `Install Order` spoiler. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2347. I don't know if it's larger uncompressed, I can check tonight and edit this with my total Skyrim:SE disk usage.

Oh.. almost forgot also using SkyUI5, love that UI.

I've never actually got to finish it but I think I got close to the end.

Without spoilers, would you be able to tell me what you mean but the final boss thing? Was is too hard, too easy, buggy?

forza horizon 4...really nice graphics and most importantly actually fun to play with great handling....it's not hard to believe this game got a 10 out of 10 score with some reviewers when you play a few races..really well done.

I agree. I love open world racing type games. It may not be very accurate or sim like whatever, but it is pure fun for me.

I just started playing my first COD in years, BO:Cold War because it came free with the 3080.

Rip and tear, until it's done!

    This is so metal!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand after it finally finished downloading and launched the game I was greeted with login screen. Now I remember why I didn't buy the game once when it's released. Well luckily I just blocked the .exe with Windows Firewall and I was free to rip and tear without needing to create yet another useless account!

And the game is pleasantly harder this time around, basically what Civvie 11 said, it doesn't screw around and throws everything at you. And you have to manage your inventory.

I almost grabbed it as I saw it right when you posted it, but I would rather someone get it who may actually play it. I have 100's of games I've never played and may never play already. I'm a sucker for freebies and cheap sales.

Really liked this game. And yeah, that final boss fight was a bit annoying. Story also took an interesting turn by the end - this was not how I envisioned it would go...
But overall a good and pleasant game.

    I just bought AC Unity.

Wow, I love the realistic graphics and environment! The combat feels clunky but the doing the flashy parkour is a great fun!

I set environment and texture quality at Ultra High with HBAO+. Surprisingly AC Unity runs smoother than AC Syndicate. At Versailles, I can easily get more than 90FPS even with crowd of people.

Just started Rise of the tomb raider. Had it for a while just got round to it in the back log.

It's a nicely optimized game, looks great and performs really well. Crystal Dynamics did a good job on the engine.

yeah I should probably get back into that, iv'e delayed because I was 30 percent done then lost my game save..did not feel like re doing it as it's one of those one playthrough kinda games that loses it's wow factor after the first spin. entangled in bordom the second time

Just discovered Project Wingman and am going to fire it up tonight, gets really good reviews so far. Rushed through rdr2 and now going back and trying to do all the side missions and random stuff, pretty deep game. I missed a lot of gameplay from just rushing through the story the first playthrough.

Demigod. No, it's not particularly good although there is some fun to be had. I needed something to hold me over until 4PM on the 9th and I saw the entire game download sitting in some files I was going through and sorting/deleting; seemed serendipitous.

Cyberpunk like everybody else, it's all right but very crude/vulgar tbh, at least you can wear clothes and do non-lethal takedowns but expletives and other offensive speech, which is constantly in your face btw, are not optional. It was way overhyped for what it is. Setting is a living hell on earth. Graphically still looks great on mid-low end equipment. Alternating with my second playthrough of RDR2 taking my time and doing as much as I can, besides filler like hunting/fishing/dino/plants etc etc etc. Thehunter COW just released a new preserve set in New Zealand and I'm getting that once those others are finished.

I hovered over the executable of another game for a second before rolling back over to cyberpunk and clicking it; does that count? :bigyes:

Edit... In other news I've picked up a pistol that levels up with you, it's one of it's attributes. Also talks, not kidding. Anyone run into anything else like that?

I went to a question mark that was close to where I was finishing a quest and there was nothing there but a corpse next to a box, the gun was in the box and picking it up completed he objective. I think I might be able to remember where if I look at the map; I'll scope it tomorrow. The pistol talks smack and it's a bloodthirsty sucker. If you're into the pistol perks it does serious damage in close range.

Fenyx Immortals Rising (good alternative/botw style)

On a new rig but haven't been doing much on it since im at my parents house for the holidays. Once I get back home I can install 2 of my old A12x25s on my NR200 for improved airflow then I can push my OC's.. right now running a light 2GHz (0.943) undervolt on the 3080 and 5.0GHz (1.25) on the 10900K and xmp

    I'll probably get the following:
Assassin's Creed Valhalla (looking for cheap buy)
COD: Blackops: Cold War (I have a free key, waiting if my crew comes back to play)
Horizon Zero Dawn (looking for a cheap buy)
Renew my Gamepass for another 3 years?

Epic is handing out $10 coupons like candy, seems like a good way to get games pretty cheap. I picked up Fallen Order for a song using one.

I like how Steam has RDR2 in their GOTY 2020 list... discounting it didn't land on PC until 2019.. it actually appeared on Steam on Dec 9 last year... I know it's splitting hairs, it just seems weird to see a non-2020 game in that list. Could at least put a game that actually came out in 2020 on it in that slot.

Fired up AC Odyssey again after a few months break, I have over 100 hrs into it and I'm still not done with fate of atlantis and legacy blade and a lot more, that game has an incredible amount of story missions. Man it's a system cpu hog though with all that drm. At similar settings cyberpunk is much lighter.

Still playing Cyberpunk 2077. I left the main quest at the point where it tells you that you'll need to wait until after to pick side jobs back up again, so I'm running around doing stuff until I get bored of that.

65 hours into cyberpunk now. I've just bought death stranding for after.

Got into Terminator Resistance and it's entertaining if nothing spectacular. Quite a melange of rpg/stealth/action reminds me of the 3d fallout games, especially the older ones. Bonus is I don't feel like I'm sitting in a wind tunnel like when I play AC Odyssey lol
