the free 2 day shipping was promised to me when i cancel my first order, to buy another one using bing. I got the free mouse becuase the supervisor said instead of me sending the mouse back to HP becuase i wanted to return it with my first comp so i could get 30% off on the mouse too, she said i will just mark it as returned and you just keep the mouse as a gift from HP. $100 was givin so i don't cancel my order because i wanted to use the paypal quick cashback, and the other $60 is for price match with amazon.

did you not just read my email from HP a couple posts ago. Please dont go around saying that people will lose their BCB just because you didnt get as good of a deal as them.

Well, it doesn't look like there will be a BCB 30% today. The pattern was during working hours EST. Doubt they would do it when most are home.

1) what number do you guys call to get these phone discounts? I thought I saw someone post a "customer resolution" #, but I cannot find it with search.
2) Also, I ordered with 30% BCB, what could I say when I call in to get some further discounts?

well they offered me an extra $50 to not cancel my order becuase they were telling me that i used a student discount on my order so it will void bing, even though i didnt get 10% off. but today since i think that i will keep that order and bing will not void it i called back and took that extra $50

Just asking for a discount may work and i don't recommend bringing up your BCB.

Why would you call to get a discount if there's no reason they should give you extra money? For most of the people that called they either wanted A) a discount to their order since they could just cancel and order with 30% Bing (happened a lot over the past two days), B) a refund or discount if one of the parts dropped in price, or C) a discount if shipping dates are missed.

I personally don't feel right calling up and asking HP for a discount since I got the Bing...I called up the first day Bing was offered to get a price match, and they just offered $100...I didn't think that was enough so I reordered. There's no reason they should give you one under ordinary circumstances, and you'd probably have to stretch the truth somehow to get a discount. Karma, baby.

Yea, their customer service is awesome! The guy I just talked to was very nice and credited me a 10% with ease...People who didnt used BCB can just talk to them and they will give you that.

It will be a few pallets of items that get shipped to the Fedex distribution point and then broken out once it arrives here in the US. So, the tracking status for the items shipped on the 12th will likely be the same for everyone. At least until it arrives here in the US.

dude, a lot of people are going to college and need the extra money. i for one am one of them and with my college fund in the stock market i have a lot less money, if this was a problem then HP would simply say no. Dont call people out because they are trying to get the best possible deal that they can get. I think that you are just mad that people are getting a better deal but dont have the balls to call HP and try to get one for yourself.
