DAMN...thats utter BS man....I ordered July 1. You can call HP and tell them that your "friends" (us on this forum) ordered days after you, and ours got shipped first....see what they can compensate you with.

I have that same "package status" on simple tracking. Check your FedEx tracking to see if you have what I have. Cept mine was supposed to be here the 14th...

Jeez. The difference between one rep and the next is huge. Some are cranky and stingy. I had one just completely refuse to price match on the slice. She first insisted you couldn't buy it separately, then insisted it wasn't available on the HP Home Store so it didn't count, then insisted that it wasn't the same battery, and finally said all I can do is cancel my order.

 

I'm online chatting with rep right now.
Basically b***chin about how I ordered on the 27th (that's right people. I'm the worst victim here)
but people got it before i did when they ordered way later.

and these delays keep comin up.
I'm nervous about tomorrows arrival too tbh. wth.

Flight from Alaska to Memphis:
Arrives at 1am-ish.

Drive from Memphis to Northern New Jersey (Where I live):
18-19 hours (according to google maps)

That would be 8pm/9pm at MINIMUM.
They don't deliver Saturdays, do they?

 

^HP did not pay for Saturday delivery, according to several people who discussed it several pages back. FedEx can deliver on Saturdays though. If there's a local hub, you can pick it up yourself.

We know that since people are good at tracking flights (when they leave the airport and when your package departs from the fedex facility match up, time wise. Mine matches the memphis flight.

mine switched to "in transit" at 5:36. Anyone else get that time? Is it a confirmed flight or one of fed-ex's stupid "in transit"s from terminal a to terminal b.

NVM, yeah. Departed Fedex Location is what you're looking for.

 

Normally needs to say "Departed Fedex location" as the last status to be on a plane. That time will coincide with a flight departure.

Saturday delivery or pick up is not available on the International Economy distribution service.

 

memphis one has a couple hours to go til it reaches memphis anyway
