    Oh this is just perfect. Apparently my power went out for one hour and the delivery came during that time. Since the power was out, the buzzer to my apartment didn't work. Therefore, my laptop is still in the FedEx truck and I won't see it until Monday. .

    I am taking a bus out of state for the weekend at 1:30pm and they said the truck won't be back at the depot until 5pm. I was all prepared to spend my 5 hour (bolt bus with WiFi and power outlets) ride setting it all up and enjoying myself. I called and the operator said she would put a request in to reattempt today but I've pretty much lost all hope.

    MY PLANS HAVE BEEN RUINED!!!!! AHHHH

    My guess on the Intl. shipment release is that they released the whole load last night but forgot to scan the release barcode, so someone did half an hour ago and it's reflecting on all of them.

    You guys should feel fortunate - mine's actually still in Anchorage... Then again, I won't be at the destination until Sunday anyway...

    well the i7 apparrently got 3 hours 24 minutes without slice


    i5 is getting about 4hours full brightness and stuff so it'll probably get up to 4 hours 30 minutes to 5 hours at max if you find some ways to really save power

    yeah this must be a mistake. i chatted with hp but of course they were clueless as always. she said "your current status of ship is in alaska" I explained how it just said it was sent out for delivery to my house and let her know it is suppose to arrive today. she said it is still going to arrive today.
