Your best bet would be searching google for "HP Coupon Codes," or something along that line, you're bound to find stuff.

Any idea if the 30% deal is still valid? It says 12/8 expiry but I entered it today on a dv9500t configured at 1,838.99 and it says "The coupon you entered is invalid."

I hope it is valid since the 90 days no payment expires today, hopefully they will make it a 6 month no payament deal now + 30% off = awesome deal!

 

oh ya... why it is not working for me as well, even thought it saids expire in 12/8.

 

It doesnt work with the APP, I tried making a config for like 1200 after the APP and the 100 dollar discount and it says the same thing, just log out and buy it at full price and as long as the subtotal is more than 1100 it will work before the 100 dollars discount. Once you type the code in it takes the 100 off.

 

Yup, there goes the coupon, dont know if I should get one now or wait, anyone thinks that there will be another coupon anytime soon?

those coupons are always in massive demand. the last one out was a couple months ago, too. they are usually used up within a couple days (few days before the end date) so i'd suggest jumping on it as soon as you can. i learned the hard way a couple months ago and ordered my notebook with the 30% coupon that came out as soon as i knew about it
it's possible they'll put out a 20% coupon after this one, but i've no idea. besides, who couldn't use the extra 10% off?

 

The 30% is re-activated and working. For how long is unknown.

i tried to enter them today, but it said.

HP just playing trick with their customers, there will be another coupon for sure.

 

I tried to use the coupon today, when I ordered my dv6700ste today.

The guy told me that the coupon maxed out. But he did give me a discount for the accidental warrenty.

This sucks for me because the coupon started on 1/9 and I ordered my computer on 1/8. Has anyone tried calling HP and asked them to apply the coupon code to the order? Otherwise, I would return what I ordered on 1/8 when it gets here and buy a new one with the current coupon code. Hopefully, they'll see the wisdom in just applying the coupon code/giving me the $400 credit, instead of sending back a new computer that I won't even bother turning on.

I picked up the DV2700se and realized I could get the comparable non SE version for with close to the same specs for about 100 bux less. So dont think these coupons are that great. Once you take instant savings into account then you had about $150 left in added savings. Im just saying there not that great, you might get a couple added features for a little more than you pay now. Just see what you can get with the student discount.

 

with the student discount my totally would be around 1530, with the discount they had, its like 1350. thats a huge difference in my book.

 

Hey just to let everyone know if you have bought a notebook from HP, they give a 30 day price guarantee. If you need to go back and put your student discount on there, call the sales line and let them know. When I talked to the salesman he told me right away that I got a discount when I gave him all my school information.

 

afaik, you can't combine APP with the coupons. Usually, the coupon is at least double of the APP discount (from my experience). Like many others have said, APP isn't all what it's cracked up to be unless there are no coupon/sales on the one you want. At that point, it's "something is better than nothing".

 

Yea, APP and coupon are not stackable. I live-chat with a HP sales person. She confirmed that.

Hey Guys - I just tried to use this coupon on many different computers configured to be over the $1399+ price point and it didn't work once. I followed all of the instructions. Why won't it work?

 

I just called HP and seems that the NB1391 code is maxed out.

 

Any more coupons available, since it is a new week? Looking at an HP computer. I just wish I wouldn't have to wait until the end of the month to get it.

I doubt HP will do another $500 in 2 weeks. I think he meant 2-3 weeks for the next coupon/discount, not necessarily meaning it'll be the $500 off.
