Tell us more about it Thomas....you're young and smart enough to roll out your own spin...... -
Finally got the Lucid UI elements to stop jumping around.

The build available for download included things like Shotwell, Rhythmbox, and Gnote.
However careful testing means that in the internal builds and in future public builds those will be replaced by Mono counterparts(F-Spot, Banshee, and Tomboy) due to those applications simply being easier and better all around. It has a custom theme based on Zuki and Gnome Colors(I call it Zuki Colors) and the latest internal dev builds are using dash as the default /bin/sh(Ubuntu made that switch in 6.10) and zsh as a login shell, because the syntax makes more sense than bash and it has more features. Anything else you want to know just ask. It's in early alpha still
Also, #relaxos on irc.freenode.net for IRC -

On a side note, the Stack-Applet isn't working anymore with the latest update. Tried a reinstall, but still no success. -

Yeah, to be honest the last time I used linux Fedora was on 5 or that may be more than a few years ago. Time goes by so fast when your getting old. x.x;
Technically I think DD-WRT might have beaten Peppermint to being first brush with Linux in a long time. Inspiring... I've resently come to own a real junker of an extra computer, perfect dabbling without fear of breaking or losing anything important. Maybe to get some confidence up in trying one of these on my netbook. I also tried out Mint, Chakra, Crunchbang, and Lubuntu looking for something nice and light. -
New one. Kind of minimalist, with the top panel on autohide. The wallpaper is G.K. Chesterton, the most bad-ss Christian writer of the last century. Everyone should read his Orthodoxy.

Second Pic.

Here is my current Desktop in Pepperment OS. Have not gotten a chance to load ICE on it yet and it may be a little while since unfortunately my Netbook has gone on the brink. This old computer has suddenly been pressed into service tonight. Peppermint and Pendrive Linux don't seem to be real good friends I must say. -

I'll be going back to Peppermint Ice soon methinks.... -

Here is a download link for those who want to test. The dependencies are the same as exaile( you should be able to check those with your distribution's package manager).
Also please note that due to me having zero artistic talent, some of the icons are still Exaile's.
Thanks
