Trying out Peppermint OS One. It's nice. Looks like absolute crap and uses a crappy panel, so I removed both. Looks rather nice now I think.

I'm quite proud of my one :D

Its aims are area maximum usage and cleanness.

    Everything minimized (panel hidden):

KDE + Chromi style = win + area!

Mouse Hovering panel (KDE desktop theme = Plateau) (for minimalism!)

Enjoying the always-full-screen experience Chromi style offers, without losing the close buttons or window decoration
    [IMG] [IMG]

(by the way, the apps I use on my .bashrc are called 'fortune' for fecthing a random quote/message and cowsay for displaying that inside a cow's balloon)

(most notable firefox add-ons are autoHideStatusbar and TinyMenu)

    Try cmus, it's great!

To me, it beats every other linux music player which, sincerely enough, I don't like any. I like mplayer for everything else on media, just not for music.

Nah, I was just messing with him. I frankly prefer mplayer for everything, frame-buffer or X. I bet his program's not even close to it being as good as mplayer :p

Well anyway do try cmus, it's great ;) particularly if you are a vim user like me. It features :ex commands, j/k for up/down like and stuff :D

And well yeah I didn't mention but its ncurses only.
