Get the QX DEAD!, it runs well from what i hear, i wish the bios would allow multiplier overclocking, i'd fall even deeper in love with the machine.

Hmm lena, i think its just down the the brand at the end of the day, if its same timings and same speed, the performance differents wont be noticable, but prehaps in overclock the more reliable brand will surpass the other.

hey how to check my vram usage? i was playing for 5+ hours mw2 and at the end (thats why i close it ) i had lug and its from ghx card coz i had good connection. i want to check vram so restart me pc .thx u

Dead, tthe gt725 supports mxm 3 with backward 2.1? or 2.0 compatability, but i doubt the gtx 280m would work because of power requirements (nor would swapping outa really be neccesary.)

 

So, on COD4 MW, what should i choose? 4AA? Didn't quite get it. Is it good or does it worsen it?

Do anyone perhaps have some information about the GT729 was technically the same as the GT725? I need to replace the screen in a GT729 but i can find a replacement screen only for the GT725. I wouldn't want to have an unusable screen.

Video RAM usage is not related to the amount of time you play a game (your view as inferred from this post and some of your previous ones). The only way it would be is if there is a memory leak bug in the game, which (1) there probably isn't in COD:MW2 and (2) usually affects system RAM not VRAM. Lag increasing after you have played for a while is usually a sign of heat issues. Or, your Antivirus just kicked in, or windows update started downloading something, etc. Or, it's your computer telling you not to play MW2 for 5+ hours straight.

Downloaded the latest drivers for Vista for my Windows 7. ATI's betas for 7 were really buggy for me and didn't like my TV tuner at all, but 9.11 for Vista is running like a charm for me. (Downloaded the one for desktops, used Mobility Modder)

i had 9.11 ccc beta and it was great with max temp at 74celcius..now i have official and i have more than 77celcius and it freeze sometimes:/// which is the website that store every ccc??

I tried MW2 on xbox and i couldnt really stand it, i used to play mw1 all the time on that thing, but recently after having cod 5 for pc, my definition of graphics in comparison is so different,

I need the new modern warfare for pc lol.

Campaign looks crazy good though.

 

So my disk finally arrived and I got exactly to this point. The drivers section on GT725 pages has the above version linked. Can somebody help me to locate correct one? Thx

edit: to give you some background, I'm installing win7 pro 64bit on fresh clean SSD drive.

oh.i prefer 360 instet gt725 for.i prefer to relax on my sofa frond of my 32" and play hours ms2..but ok maybe am telling that now coz i dont have big screen to plug my gt725...

it's true, the MSI renders all these graphic heavy games so well, at vastly superior resolution and fidelity, you feel kind of spoiled.

The only exception (in gameplay terms) is Uncharted 2 on the PS3 which is a truely unique and exceptional gaming experience. The best example of story telling, emotion and gameplay you will find. A true interactive movie.

I can say this since I own the MSI, a PS3 and 360, and have most of the top titles for each platform.

MSI first! followed by PS3, since it has a handfull of really show stopping titles exclusive for the platform, and then 360, HD gaming for the masses

edit: i play mw2 with same graphic settings but with Balance not High Performance and i have lower temps and NO lag in game!!! strange

 

I had stock drivers for the longest time, and MW2 absolutely chugged on them. But I used Mobility Modder on the desktop 9.11 drivers and everything is running smoothly at 1920x1200 max settings.
