Well u will go to previous page and u will see "uncore" make it from 0 to 125 and prefix +
If boot at 3200mhz and its stable u will try uncore lower or stock.but for test we wanna be sure this is not the reason if not boot.
Now go at memory and change TRFC to 600 and TREFI 14000.
U can also go very higher TREFI that increase read of rams but test it there.
Also change memory ratio from 10 to 12
    F10 and reset.
Let it some time to boot and check if runs stock or 3200mhz.
This model it's hard to runs 3200mhz coz of many reports of users. Dont know if the reason it's the rams or other hardware.
    Post here what WII be

I tried the steps you gave me, but it did not boot at all. Now after it restarted by it self. I went back to bios and the values are from stock again.

Yea I was sure for this.
Give a last try for 3200mhz and if doesnt boot again we will make it cl18 2933mhz

Well again uncore 125 prefix + (be sure offset prefix its +)

    The first 3 numbers 19 19 43 make it 20 20 46.
    Trefi 14000
    Trfc 650
    Memory ratio 12

    Ok let's go then
    Uncore 125 prefix +
    The 3 number 19 19 43 change it to 18 18 39
    Trefi 14000
    Trfc 650
    Memory ratio X11
    Boot on windows
let it some time for cpu drop to idle.
Change ur power mode to best perfomance and do aida benchmark

Yea ofc it's better than stock settings.
Its lower CL and higher mhz. It has lower latency
For u know lower CL have the same results like higher mhz.
U also can try with same settings and 17 17 36 instant of 18 18 39. Will be more faster but u have to check if stable
When u test the memorys at games or stabilty tests and u see its stable, then lower ur uncore or u try it like stock (0).
If u buy new rams it has big chance to not work it 3200mhz. So u will spend money for
    Runs 2933 too.

Also if u still not undervolt the laptop , do it with throttlestop

I will try to leave uncore to 0. That will make the Rams to runs cooler right? Right now with these values. Everything is stable.

Yea this feed the memory control
Try with 0. If u see freezes some times, give some offset. Like 40 or 50. I am using 125 more than 1 year with no problem.
Maybe u see some higher temps on CPU
With new rams u will see higher temps too.
This is coz cpu works faster .get the data from memory faster than before.

What ur temps on cpu? Its undervolted?

I have changed the values an left uncore to 0. I will make some test to see if it does not freeze while playing.I have undervolted the cpu to-70mv since if I got further. I get blue screen.

This is very nice results. Try it.. but if freeze also the reason maybe it's the 17 17 36. If its not stable make it 18 18 39

For u understand I am using gskills rams 3200mhz at xmp profile.like that u wanna buy.
For works xmp profile needed 100+ uncore.
Also it has the same results like stock rams( tuned)
And now running on custom profile. Custom profiles it's better than xmp profiles.

    Are u running 0 uncore and 17 17 36?
Not better test for me it's the every day use.
U also can runs some system stability like aida
    And check only memory stability

    Well this sounds good.
Every day use will show if its stable.
    But that started good.
When my settings rams it's no stable it show me at every day use /games. Testmem and all stabilty pass successful so the time will show it.
U must have get better perfomance on cpu games and at higher frames.
Rdr2 its gpu game.it works even if cpu turbo its disable. Before a hr I was playing this game too

Assassin Creed is a very demanding CPU game and I did not noticed any freeze. Temperatures were between 88 to 90c. With 85 to 97% CPU utilization.

Oh yes It is a great deal. For those who like the Helios 300 deal, this one will beat that laptop in price and performance. But I went to the site and price still the same. I am not able to see the discount at all.

U remember if with stock rams ur gpu usage at this game its lower than 97%?
Tuned rams that helps.with tuned rams u have higher gpu usage to bottleneck games.
Higher gpu usage = more frames

Is the normal RTX 2070, but is the refreshed version. The refreshed version has more core clocks and is undervolted. They released this rtx 2070 refreshed version along with the rtx 2060 115 watts for laptops on April of this year. That is why is reaching those high clocks.

I didnt mean its a new GE75 but MSI started implementing a MUX switch in their new laptops and I figured if they are gonna remake the mobo for the GPU and CPU why not add it regardless.

Official support and what it can run are not the same thing. my GE75-9sf used to run @ 3477mhz it can run even faster with better ram.

That is just the official speed that the CPU can run with out any doubt(more like a QVL) nothing more nothing less.

Well i dont know if -140mv on cpu is the reason for bad overclock in ram...what i can tell is that not is the undervolt that is causing the blue screen.

I tried both, in windows is ok but trying stress test cause instantly bsod

Any settings from you is ok on windows but stress test from aida crash pc.

I dont know if this info is important but when i had single slot with ram i tested 3200mhz and all ok but the i buyed one exactly the same specs and with 2x16GB is really hard to oc rams..
