    yup, installed just fine, after the flash it was stuck for about a minute on a black screen, I got a bit scared but I just left it alone and it booted, I then went straight into BIOS and re-setup all my settings and overclock and switched from AHCI back to SUPER RAID 4

    Run 3DMark's Timespy benchmark a few dozen times. If it doesn't shut off the laptop and reboot you should be good.

    3DMark is free on Steam.

    What temps were you getting before the liquid ultra?
    I think I have high temps, downloading 3d mark now to verify.

    I did factory reset. Before i did recovery with installing windows. Im gonna download 3d mark and see what will happen after couple of tests. Also does it test cpu as well? How can i check if its not a ram? When its always restarted a mouse froze for a second and then blue screen and unexpected error.. Hopefully now it wont happen after new factory reset... But today after cold boot i turned on forza and fps was about 35 then i restarted and it was as usual 60-80 I was using desktop driver latest nvidia. Thx @Arestavo for suggestion

    I'm having a problem with Windows 10. I tried to scheduled a Disk Check but it doesn't run on system startup. I get a notification to restart my computer to repair disk errors and every time I restart my system it fails to run disk repair.

    I got these scores in timespy 5303 and firestrike 13414. Are these at par for this system?
    I am also attaching the hwinfo screenshot for sensors

    Before liquid ultra temps were 92-93C, now they're in the 78-82C range under max load

    The first set of score is with default settings and the second set with turbo mode. I also turned on cooler boost so the average temperature were down by few degree. High's din't go up.

    And what happens if the CPU fan speed is at 100%? Use the coolerboost button. You shouldn't have 60-70C CPU speed if you are not overclocking.

    They keep the controllers "active" to minimize latency. Doing this, however, costs performance as it actively uses the CPU to keep everything "running" in a just in case situation. Honestly not worth it, and you do loose performance.

    The Bios compile date is NEVER the same as the website release date.
    Website date is when the bios is posted on their website, NOT the day it's compiled in their engineering department! Most likely this Bios was made over a month ago.

    After a potential new release is built, it needs to go through testing to make sure that not only has it fixed the bugs that build addresses but that it also hasn't broken something else - MS's famous for that trick :)

    That's actually pretty quick, 30 days from build to release.

    There are quicker customer specials possible, days in between - or even hours - depending on issues involved - client down situations - but general releases will go through a testing validation process.

    Usually the name of the BIOS will be the build date, the date of upload for that new BIOS download may be shown but isn't related to the build date.

    Anyone could help me....

    I set VR on 400 in bios.

    I set 41 (CPU) and + 100 +200 (GPU) in turbo mode of Dragon Center.

    It's OK

    But in XTU:

    Processor Core IccMax 75A change to 100A

    Core Voltage Offset 0 change to -50mv.

    When I click apply, I got blue screen and settings are reset to their default

    It means the settings you are using are too aggresive and you are not stable. Don't undervolt so much, go slowly and test each decrement. If you run into bluescreen, the settings are unstable and have to go back to testing.

    All CPUs and GPUs are different. Some are able to go at high speed with low undervolts, other can't reach as high overclock, nor can they undervolt to be stable.

    @Phoenix

    so what the new BIOS actually do? does it give you option in BIOS setting to optimize the color depth or it's something system controlled.

    @Atma

    Did you update to new BIOS...?

    I think I'm getting more lazy and now relying on other's feed back..... :sleep:

    Anyone know why in my 6820HK, when I start ThrottleStop (but turn it off) my CPU frequency in Dragon Center and XTU is showing correct values ?

    But, if I hit "Stop Monitoring" in ThrottleStop my CPU frequency (DC and XTU) is showing -2,7Ghz.

    My only fix for the moment is to start (but turn off) ThrottleStop in task bar.
