several months late in responding to this but MSI actually had the 6.0.9057.1 UAD driver directly on their web site from

My bad I expressed it wrong, as my card is supported by the new driver 6.0.9126.1, I install it and it is WHQL signed by Microsoft. The new driver supports all cards, in fact it supports all manufactures and not only MSI, except it doesn't contain the extensions, I still have the old extensions.
I meant my my card is not supported by your package, my ID is HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0899&SUBSYS_146211AE MSI GT83VR SLI 7RF
No problem however this is the main reason I wait till MSI releases a driver so I can then get updated extensions etc. If it's on MS servers it shouldn't be too long before MSI releases the new ones.
Once MSI release a new driver it will be modded for you lot. But we are waiting on MSI (The only thing that now keeps me tied to them after moving ODM).
Till then if the new Nahimic app is not working simply do what was done in the past.
I am currently using the driver
6.0.9126.1 as my headphones jack will work only with this driver, I tried all other drivers, even those released by MSI, and the jack won't work.
There is a newer driver
6.0.9129.1 but the jack doesn't work with them. So I am stuck now with
6.0.9126.1
The customization is from Nahimic and not Realtek , Realtek always releases generic drivers for all manufactures.
I use software components from other driver, like Asrock 6.0.9147.1, you can find competent driver in Microsoft update catalog, but they are older versions.

well jen2 there is an unofficial 6.0.9126.1 UAD MSI driver pack that someone made in another forum that is
posted here that includes the 9126 Realtek Device Extension MSI files.

MS has recently posted
6.0.9136.1 in the Catalog site - not sure if it will contain the audio jack fix as with 9126.
so far MSI has not posted any new Realtek UAD drivers since late March 2021 (since 9111 for certain new MSI AIO desktop PCs) and MSI has not updated the Realtek drivers for most MSI motherboards since Feb. 2021 (w/ 9102) and it's already May 2021.
if & when hacktrix2006 does release new drivers, I will only test them with Nahimic APO4 files from this point on - I won't be using Nahimic APO3 files anymore since the Nahimic creator doesn't seem to be releasing any new APO3 SWC drivers (since Dec. 2020) and only APO4 SWC drivers are getting a few new versions in 2021

Install instructions:
- Disconnect from the internet. (Not Required, so very Optional)
- Reboot System and Enter BIOS/UEFI.

- Once you have booted back into the OS Temporarily disable AV software (Some Anti-Virus tools might false report and delete the file!).
- Now run the Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9136.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe Installer
- Select either Full Install, Install Without Nahimic, Full Uninstall or Downgrade Nahimic 3.
- Sit back and relax as the UWP's get uninstalled, the driver gets uninstalled and then your system is rebooted into test signing mode and everything is installed and your system is rebooted again!
- Now head back into your BIOS/UEFI and Re-enable
SecureBoot!!
- Now let the system boot up fully and re-enable the internet connection. (Only if you disconnected from the internet)

Solution: Head into Windows 10's Store and Select the 3 Dots, followed by Settings and turn of Windows Store's Auto Application Updates,

not appear on MS Update Catalog, OgUrecheK
maybe it only shows up thru
Windows Update but Microsoft did not list it in the Catalog
(just because Microsoft issued this new APO3 driver on windows update / Microsoft update does not mean it will also show up on their MS catalog site at the same time)
don't know why MSI did not include the 3.3.1.0 SWC driver for Realtek UAD 9136
edit2 - the global MSI site is "partially" working again but no driver downloads are shown (shows either a blank page or site does nothing), perhaps wait several more hours later until the site is fully working

Is it just me or does it not do anything? I followed the steps exactly as it says, laptop removes everything, restarts, goes into test mode but after that its not installing anything or rebooting on itself. Unless it would take a long time and i need to wait longer?
Whoops sorry, i totally forgot to give any information because i'm still trying to get it to work.
I'm using a MSI GE75 RAIDER, i've tried 2 versions so far and both gave me that.
As for Secure Boot in BIOS i can't really find the option to disable it but it shows that it's not turned on either way.

I disabled all the virus scanners and Windows Defender stuff.
I got no idea what my sound card device ID is so i'm sorry for that.
It's just that it worked perfectly fine on my pc today and all these months before that. Then suddenly after i tried out Equaliser APO and PEACE APO my Nahimic didn't work anymore and even after uninstalling all that it didn't work. And my restore point from yesterday was gone as well. I know i can restore my pc completely and it will work great again but i thought this driver link would work as well but doesnt seem to do anything for me.

Solution: run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Uninstall first before using Full Install.
Issue: Nahimic 3 updated via Windows 10 Store and no longer works.
Solution: Head into Windows 10's Store and Select the 3 Dots, followed by Settings and turn of Windows Store's Auto Application Updates,
then run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Downgrade Nahimic.
Issue: Ran Nahimic 3 Downgrade option however Nahimic 3 1.5.7.0 UWP effects are not working or its reporting the device is not upto date.
Solution: Simply run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe select Uninstall and then after its completed the Uninstall re-run
Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install.
Issue: Jack Detection not working.
Solution: Simply go to Realtek Audio Console Disable and Re-enable it.
Issue: Microphone not working after using Nahimic Optimizer.
Solution: Click Reset inside Nahimic Settings section will fix this.
Issue: Microsoft Overwritten the installed modded driver.
Solution: Head to Settings → System → About, Now click System info then Select Advance System Settings → Hardware Tab → Driver Installation Settings, now select NO! save and reboot
the system. Then run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install.
Issue: Nahimic 3 reports its device is not compatible basically not working.
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install.
Issue: Sound has become muffled/suppressed/distorted.
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install.
Issue: I don't want the Nahimic 3 Bloatware!
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9132.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Install Without Nahimic

I would like to thank the following people for whom have helped. I like to personally thank the following users.
-I just downloaded this, to extract the "Realtek Audio Console 1.26.251.0" from the "UWP folder", and install it over "Realtek Audio Drivers 6.0.1.9151.1". They have updated too, "Nahimic 3 to version 1.6.7" and is still working fine over "9151".
Downgraded version is there for people that have issues with 6.0.1.9151.1. There is no issue as far as i can tell with 6.0.1.9151.1 as i haven't had any reports other then someone installing another APO's and Nahimic then doesn't work.
@Ricardo_estep running the installer would of done all this for you as well as remove the old drivers. Plus if you was so good to it, it would make your breakfast too.
