This sucks, I received desktop RAM instead of laptop RAM, how lame. Now I can't get the $14.95 Kingston anymore because it's out of stock, and now it's 31.99.

Anyone know where else I can get this exact same stick? I already received one of these sticks, but I need another.

They should eat the difference; their mistake, not yours.

What is the maximum amount of RAM Windows XP Pro will see in a Santa Rosa system - 3GB or 4GB?
-
XP Pro 32bit edition will see ~3 GB with 4GB physically installed.
XP Pro 64bit edition will see the full 4GB.
Though 3GB is more then enough for most tasks. -
2GB PC5300 stick for around $46 depending on your state's tax. Great deal for 32bit vista users!

Thought I would pass this on...
Mail-In Rebate $20+ Free Shipping on DDRII 667 2GB (2GBx1) Notebook Memory
I ordered 1 and had a friend order 1... 4gb of memory for 70 bucks, can't beat that!
Remember that this deal is for 1 STICK of 2GB of RAM... unlike the fry's/outpost one that is 2 STICKS of 1GB RAM. This only really matters if you want 4GB total RAM. -
I bought a Toshiba L45-7409 with 1GB PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM memory, so it'll be ok if I stick in 1 slot of PC-5300 and 1 slot of PC-5400? -
