Yeah. That's my little Workshop Setup I have in the back of my apartment. The two machines in the center and on the left I built myself. On the right is an old Tandy Color Computer I had since the '80's. Kind of like my 'Blast from the Past' corner there -
-
Hopefully the attached thumbnails will make up for the small pic that was posted. I'm also including earlier shots of how my Workshop has evolved over the years

lol,nice pictures recently
keep it coming!

To datamonger128:
Nope. It is only two PC's and a vintage Radio Shack Tandy computer. -
i posted some pix up last time, but the quality was just nasty. these are a few pix from my roommate's sidekick. they're a little better. u can at least tell what is what
this is just my little setup i have in my bedroom. i'm still lookin for a nice painting to put on my wall and a wall-mounted LCD should follow soon after:
-
What kind of Art do you like??I have Klimt's The Kiss on my wall above my desk!
Cin -
i was lookin for somethin on canvas. i was thinkin about gettin a sensual (nude woman) piece, but i get somethin a little more serene. -

i got the silver brushed alum finish off an ebay powerseller about 3-4 months ago. the cooler's finish matches the m1530's palm rest, almost perfectly.
yea, i hate facin the wall too. i also heard that its good feng shui to have yur work area facing a direction with more space in front of u. -
Feng shui aside I hate doing work or playing a game with my back facing everything. Plus it gives me a better outlook on things. -
You all have some very nice setups, here's my plain one ^_^

-
Thund3rball I dont know, I'm guessing
LOL just kidding.
How do you like that mouse pad? I'm a sucker for bling and had my eye on that one since I just soaked my QcK Mini with a full glass of OJ.
And what's causing the blue glow behind your laptop and against the wall? -
-
very nice setups

Here is my ever growing pile of electronics
I really need to get a bigger desk -

Here is my setup. Fairly simple, trying to keep it clean lol
-
Looks nice. I have the same white battery charger you have
-
Nice pictures you guys. I've gone through every post in this thread over the past year and it's fun to see everyone's tech stuff and setups.
-
Here is my desk it need some work (organizers for papers etc) but looks good for now, the neon's are 2 -12" ones meant for a computer case the with a Lil' modding can now be run off 120v
the 3 picture depict different amounts of lighting in the room -
no way you can sleep with those on
-
and what's causing the blue wall is the laptop, http://www.notebookreview.com/default.asp?newsID=2887&review=Dell+XPS+M1710 -
not quite a bright as in the picture but its, pretty good
I also have 2 led's in the picture I plan to add more.... -
Why'd you change the design of the XPS Dell? Honestly, I think the M1710 is one of the most beautiful laptops I've ever seen. Dell killed it.
-
I hope that's not there for decoration -
nice samsung! I love mine
-
My college set up for now. Hopefully a new keyboard soon!
-
Is that desk the school's or your own? In any case it looks really nice. I like the blue top and brushed metal handles. The desk my school provides is also new and modern looking, but has a gray top that looks rather dreary in comparison, and has those "built-in" handles in the upper part of the drawer fronts.
Wow, I can't believe that I was able to write a whole paragraph about desk style:GEEK:
-
I like how you have your desk facing the window!!!! Let the sun shine in!
Cin! -
haha booboo, yeah they are the school's. But i bought the chair myself from ikea. I needed a swivel chair with wheels...yes it is a need for me ahaha. I was very surprised by the nice furniture in the room when i moved in.
Also, desk facing the window is also crucial to me. -
Nice setup Johnny.
I received a pretty beat up desk in my dorm room, so I modded it and made my own desk out of it. I will have to probably face some kind of charges from the residence people at the end of the year, but whatever, work is a priority, and a 160" long desk works for me.
I actually find working in a hard chair is productive, only cause I fall asleep in comfortable chairs
K-TRON -
Thund3rball I dont know, I'm guessing
-
But Johnny, that chair spins to adjust height! Translation: I like to spin in my chair when I'm bored, and that chair won't accomadate that.
-
ScifiMike12 Drinking the good stuff
-
@K-tron...yeah, hard chairs makes you sit up straight.
@Thunderball...hehe they are for football (soccer)
@Kierkes...yeah I know, i have to spin it to adjust the height every so often.
I have got a new keyboard too! The Logitech WAVE!Pics will come later.
-
do any companies make keyboard with shorter keys? i find keyboards on laptops easier to type on and more comfortable. when i type on the keyboards at school i make mistakes constantly.
