Welcome, is that a Thermaltake 10 GT? I'm considering leaving my M17x behind and going for a custom Desktop (same case) + MacBook Pro. We'll see.

I think cardriver's first pic is better. The second one is all Mac-ified. That's what I hate about some Mac users. They think that just because they have a Mac means they have to have an uber minimalistic setup.

HAHA. mac-ified kinda. Actually around I just got into apple about a year ago but but PC era got really clean after i took the first pic. I am still very PC and my desks (yep that's plural) at work are cleaner because I have docking stations and monitors on arms. I didnt realize how much of a mess my place was until my buddy sent me that pic of my mess. Now I just can take it when things are out of place. I have become kind of a freak. I took the engine out of one of my cars because it was dirty as heck.

Heres a pic just for kicks...

Here's my set up. Built the desk a bit back. Still need to paint it, will match my speakers very closely with a black lacquer finish on the top surface. The screen is attached to the desk not the wall, so I can move the entire set up where ever I want. Its 8 feet by 3 feet.

The speakers are Wharfedale Evo2-10's powered by a Cambridge Audio Azur 540A V2. I've currently got a Tru-Audio 8" ported subwoofer hooked up until my Sunfire Jr is repaired(oops, to much party). The Evo2-10's are some of the best imaging speakers I've listened to, and the frequency response is exceptional, beating out even my brothers B&W 805s.

The monitor is a 40" Toshiba LED, the newest addition to my current set up. The picture on it is pretty good and I got it for a cheap price.

I am fully aware of the capabilities of the Wharfedale. Although B&W are superb at imaging/sound stage.

In any event, is that a drink I see hovering precariously next to your keyboard? I take it you've never experienced a "Pepsi" spill?
