yeah its the graduation coupon code. it wouldnt stack online but the reps are the store were able to give me the discount.

 

Hey i just ordered the 256gb from amazon but i noticed they still say my order is a pre order and didn't give any shipping estimates. Does anyone have any idea when i might get it by?

Nooooo dont order from amazon it will ship in june or july. Order from microsoft online store if you want it this week.

 

I bought the 512gb from amazon about a month a ago and my shipping estimate is June. Yours is probably July but it depends on when amazon gets their shipment from Razer.

So, after another week of delay, Razer has given me enough time to think about whether I really need this laptop. Some consideration later, I've decided to cancel my order. I'm planning to use the money to upgrade my desktop parts and possibly get a cheaper laptop for gaming on the go. I'm sure the Blade is worth the wait and those who already has it, enjoy it!

 

So I got the 256 at the release in San Francisco! And they gave me a bunch of free stuff cause it was launch day. To top it off they put a picture of me with my new blade on twitter :/ but I got it nevertheless! It is sooooo cool! A bit of a challenge adjusting to windows from osx but I'm learning!

I wish they gave a bunch of free stuff for pre-ordering and waiting, but that doesn't make for good marketing on social media.

also was anybody able to get the GRADUATION code applied online? it works with other laptops in the store just not with Razer.

 

My 512 shipped from MS too. But UPS still can't track the shipment. So I don't know when it's going to be here.

Ditto. I paid the extra $20 for next day too (which is very reasonable IMO). I wasn't expecting to get a shipping notice until Wednesday based on some other peoples' reports, but my tracking number was waiting in my inbox when I woke up this morning. Can't wait!

I wasn't able to get the graduation promo to work either. I was on live chat and the agent said it was only for the laptops that show up on that page. The ad clearly said any laptop above $599 though. I took a screenshot and might try a little harder to get it after the fact, but I wanted to get my order in quickly in case they sold out.

 

I got an email saying that my 512 order was delayed further until 5.12.2014. I sent them an angry response, and my order was shipped the next day. This was on May 8th. On May 10th they sent me an email that it was shipped, Haha. Guess my email helped out . Should be at my door tomorrow. Can't wait. Hold in there, guys!

For the record, my duties were 380 to Vancouver, BC.

Yeah so I talked to a live chat agent and they said they were going to escalate my case after I convinced her that it worked for any other laptop in the entire store except the Razer. But they already charged me, and I'm not sure if they will be able to revise the order now. But can I get you to PM me if you are able to get the $100 off? I'll do the same if I can get it off as well.

 

Sure, I'll PM you if I have success. I looked around for a bit and saw no way to email order support. I would much prefer to email and include the screenshot than call, but we'll see what happens. I would think they could process a $100 refund after the fact. I wouldn't bother trying to get the order changed while it's in process. It might cause delays.

 

Originally ordered a 512 gb through razer on 5/7 but canceled it then placed an order through microsoft on 5/9. Just got my shipping confirmation from microsoft today and my new razer blade is on its way.

Very excited! And Can't wait...

 

So, I ordered a 512GB model from the online Microsoft store over the weekend. The "GRADUATION" code didn't work or stack online and apparently my MS order is still in processing, as I'm sure their fulfillment/shipping dept. doesn't work weekends. I also decided to cancel my Razer Store order, which was also for a 512GB, ordered on March 26th, which got shoved, bulldozed, then water cannoned back to May 16th. (Razer CS last reply to shipping status inquiry was: "With your shipping information, it shows that your order will be fulfilled on the 16th of May. Hopefully it will be shipped on that day." I chuckle with a nervous twitch every time I read it.) So, I send via Razer's support site, my request for cancellation, right after I got my confirmation e-mail from MS.
Now, this AM, I get a reply from Razer CS that goes like this:

So apparently when I want to cancel.... the "warehouse works really fast" and since my "order was already imported there is a chance it will not be cancelled." ?!? The funny thing is if they ship it and try to charge my funds, it will most likely decline, as I already allocated that to the MS purchase. /sigh Razer making everything complicated... even a simple cancellation.

For those that already got their Blade shipments via UPS or FedEx, do they require signature confirmation? The only reason I ask is early last week I lost a 18 pound box of goods, shipped via OnTrac (whom I've never heard of before), whose delivery guy didn't ring the bell or knock, even though the entire household was home and didn't leave a door tag. Now in the middle of a dispute/investigation of lost/misdelivered/stolen goods for the first time ever in my life and it's tedious drama. I definitely don't want anything even remotely similar to happen to my incoming Blade 14 shipment.

 

The FedEx tracking page for my 512GB from Razer says a signature is required.

 

Had to call in to pay import taxes in order for them to release it from customs (I'm in Canada) and they mentioned that a signature is indeed needed.

 

They gave a free orochi mouse for those who preordered, but that's not a huge help when all you want is the laptop.

My Blade is on a truck...some where in my area...

its hard to concentrate at work...

 

Usually takes a bit of time to propagate. MS Prints Label > You get email > You refresh UPS tracking constantly > UPS System updates with info that label was created > UPS picks up for delivery > You continue to refresh UPS tracking constantly

 

For me, $79.99 is not worth the month of aggravation...

 

I got next day too. But still only confirmation. UPS didn't give me any ETA nor confirmation that they got the package... Are you facing same problem?

I wouldn't worry about it. If it's anything like my company, UPS and FedEx come and pick up all the packages at the end of the day, so you probably won't see any movement on your tracking number until the evening.

 

Got a call this morning.... had to pay close to $300 in duties and taxes in Canada.....

So I declined the shipment and it will be shipped back to razer for a refund!

I paid $2518 CAD including tax for a 256GB which includes a 2 year microsoft warranty which costs $200....

Where I would have to pay $2786.51 + $300 Tax for a 512GB with a Razer Blade Armor case..... $3120 vs $2518 for a 512 vs 256

and $2518 would get me 2 year warranty including accidental.....

How did you order it from the Microsoft Store online if you live in Canada? Haven't seen it on the Canadian Microsoft Store yet.

 

Just got off the phone with FedEx. Had to send them a "power of attorney" form for import brokerage. For my 512GB Razer Blade it ended up costing me another $411.39 in tax and brokerage fees for delivery to Ontario Canada. All in, it was $3439 Canadian with the armor case. (Pre-ordered before Razer jacked the price another $100 for Canadians) Holy freaking goodness!!! I thought my MacBook Retina was insane. Definitely the most expensive computer I've ever purchased. Scheduled to arrive tomorrow!

 

Yes pretty expensive, mine will be something similiar. With swedish VAT, my 512Gb will land somewhere around $3750.

 

Wow, that's even higher. I feel your pain brother Hopefully our computers will be worth it though.

I ordered my 256GB on Amazon back on 4/22 and it says I still have at least a month more to wait =/

Should be working now. I punched in Razer Blade and found both the 512GB and 256GB.

you should of already got it if you preordered in march or early april. They only give it to those who got delayed a bunch of times

 

I didn't receive a code for my Orochi. I have the mail stating I will receive instructions after my Blade has shipped. No instructions have arrived.

Same here. I just talked to them and they said: "The item has been shipped from our warehouse to UPS, UPS is just waiting on the item so they can put the shipping label on and ship the product. I don't have anymore information on it than that at this time. "

preordered on 4/05, razer keeps delaying and it won't ship until the 21st (apparently...yeah right) and they won't change shipping to one day so it was looking like the end of may to get it, so I went to the microsoft store tonight and bought the 512 gb version with next day shipping and it will ship tomorrow (i think). Also microsoft's accidental warranty is much cheaper than squaretrade so i'm getting it earlier and cheaper.
