Can you talk anymore about this missing feature in 120Hz?

@initialjie - sorry but not yet. In my first post about this I mentioned that the feature will be available in a couple of months - still won't be able to discuss it until a month or so!

I'm waiting for info on this too. I especially want to know if anything will come, or third party can be added, to the 750. I like 15" better and don't want to have to deal with the 17" just to get better quality.
I will wait a little while for the best option, this is just a toy that I want to last as many years as possible.

P.S. why don't I see the 751 anywhere and what's the difference on it?

@XMG I would like to know if in the near future, there will be any WQHD or 3K or similar resolution panel available for XMG p707 (Clevo67x-RS)? If so, what will be the refresh rates (Hz)?

    Hello resellers,

It seems that Reflexnotebook in Canada doesn't have a 17.3" 4K screen option for the P670/S8173 with the GTX1070.

I don't see myself needing thunderbolt the next five years, and the lack of a good srgb accurate lcd is the only thing holding me back from buying it. At the moment, I am leaning towards the Gs73vr 4K on account of its panel.

Is it possible to upgrade the panel on the P670 / S8173 to a 4K?

    Thanks in advance!

Just a quick question. How do you handle specific features then? The thicknesses are different and the bottom panel lids are different materials.

But more importantly than that only the GTX 1070 version comes with the SABRE HIFI DAC.

Like another has said, it's GSync. The panels are still undergoing certification.

    I hope i'm not re-questioning...
Any ETA on 13"/14" inch screens with 1060?
Is there a chance there will be a 13"/14" with 1070?
    Also, any idea on prices?

Thanks, i'm debating on pulling the trigger on 15" with 1070 or waiting for a 13"/14".

    Thanks.

Intel say Kaby Lake will begin shipping sometime in the 1st Quarter of 2017...but we have heard their release dates before, and they don't always make them.

However about the only thing Kaby Lake offers is 100MHz clock speed increase, which is so little you won't be able to see it in daily use.

    Hello Eurocom Support,

    I have a P870DM-3 ordered at Eurocom.
When will the 120 Hz displays QHD finally be there?
And how long does it take to make a Qwertz keyboard?

If I later would like to install an additional GPU - but I need not only the Dual-Heatsink but also a 2nd power adapter.
And is the kit included in the SLI bridge?
Is the power adapter to be paid for or added to the kit?

I have the Prema bios with my order. Is the prema bios already finished?
Do I have to inform the GPU-Prema bios again or will it be delivered?

Sorry for my english - i am german.

I read that Kaby Lake does have some sincere improvements internally as well, x265 wise and such, on top of the 100Mhz bump.
Also, is it true that the FHD and 4K screens are IPS while the 3K is TN??
How does that TN compare to IPS PQ wise? (I know there are good TN's and bad IPS's out there..)

Yes, Full HD (1920x1080) and 4K are IPS, and the 3K is TN.

The 3K is pretty remarkable for a TN panel. Colors are more vibrant and viewing angles much better than previous TN panels.

I would imagine all resellers and OEMs would have specials on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. However they will typically be limited to certain models.

In which laptop are you interested?

    I'm planing to buy the p650RS/ NP8152-s.
Because I'm moving to Brazil next year, do you know tell me if I need to RMA my laptop, I could just sent it to my reseller? Like, I could pay the shipment and the reseller fix the laptop. This is just if I need to.
    Thanks

Yes, you can always pay for shipping and send it back to the US...or, get the HIDevolution Global Warranty.

HIDevolution.com Global warranties cover 2 instances per year of 2 way international shipping (by FedEx, DHL, or USPS/EMS - at HIDevolution's discretion) should the system and/or parts need to be sent back to the US for warranty related repair or replacement.

Yes, I noticed that HID is the only re-seller who offers international warranty. But at the same time, your international warranty is expensive. I wondering if there is something more cheaper in this circumstance.

That would be my thoughts too (especially since I'm located in UK and they have some special arrangements here so for me, that price is slightly overpriced..) however considering your located in Brazil, let me tell you from what I've read before...

It will cost like $100-150 to ship it back to you from the states and then you'll have customs problems..... Hide's probably your best choice in this case.. They'll use Fedex or DHL and you won't have to deal with these issues..

Hey Eurocom, what's up with your ram and storage pricing? Your base configs are really appealing and your screen options make you guys a great choice but your ram pricings and storage pricings are just marked up far higher than every other seller.

I know that's a question your likely to ignore but for example on the Sky M5 R2 you charge 163 dollars to add a single 8GB stick of ram. That's worth like 40 bucks if I just bought it on amazon. Total it can be had for 98 bucks ( link) not 163 + whatever your including for the initial stick.

I understand profit margins, but your competitors are charging 50 bucks for the same upgrade not 163 bucks...

Similar story for the drives. Your charging around 400 dollars for a 500gb 850 Pro. It's worth half that.

I just feel like you hurt your own sales by spiking the price by nearly 100%. I would recommend Eurocom far more often to people if the prices made sense as for example your screen upgrade prices are awesome. I always have to qualify recommending you guys because it's hard to justify even buying the nice sharp displays you offer when the storage and ram is gonna cost hundreds of dollars more.

    1200 dollars for 64GB of ram? That's worth 400.

I know I know your likely to ignore this, it's just you guys do some much cool stuff (The Tornado F5 is awesome) I just would love to hear why I can't recommend you guys more. You don't even have to match the other resellers I think your services are worth a little more, but when most resellers spec out to 2250, and a similar config from you guys is 3700... How can that be justified? This is the P650RP6 with 2 1TB ssds, and 64GB of ram. This is with X400s in one and 850 evos in yours, and the ram was about the same (2400MHz).

And no 850 Evos aren't that much better sorry Samsung.
