How can I resize the window? Is there something in the settings I need to change?

Scaling value (for Windows) is 200%



Please notice also that this is the only app that has this issue. Nothing like this for the other apps.

 

I don't want to jinx it by speaking about it, but the upgrade from 1809 to 1903 seems to have fixed the problem of 100% brightness when waking from 'turn off display after idle timeout' - mostly. It wakes at 100% brightness, but goes to the set value in less than a second. Only gets stuck a few times, and moving the brightness slider in Control Station fixes that as before, so I'm rather pleased.

 

Same here. My Realtek and Sound Blaster driver install issues went away when I installed 1903. Everything 'just' worked afterwards. As I write this, everything is humming along just great.

 

On my laptop Sound Blaster Connect still refuse to work. I've tried everything i saw on this post without any result.
My configuration is:
Clevo P775-TM1, 8700K, 16 GB, 1080, 1TB WD NVMe, 500 GB 960 Samsung, 500 GB WD SSD SATA, Win 10 Pro 1903 18362.
Audio driver 6.0.8688.1, SBX 2.2.10.0

Turn off internet.
DDU in safe mode. Delete Audio-> Realtek and Creative stuff. Reboot.
Shift+restart. Disable driver signature enforcement (only needed for driver installation; you can go back to regular mode once installed).
Install driver. Say No to restart now, let it install the Creative stuff. Reboot when done.
Turn internet back on. It will install Realtek Audio Console. Launch it and disable power management.

 

The window can be resized in the bottom right corner.

Hi everyone,

Don't know if this thread is the best place to tell my opinion about Obsidian softwares.
I use them since Clevo softwares don't work on my W10 1903. Its work like a charm and I thank Obsidian for these softs.

My question, is it possible to set the color of the keyboard in the UEFI to allow the keyboard to keep my custom color. Because it starts with the original blue then when Windows is runing my keyboard switch to the right color.

Then I have an issue with KeyboardLED. The keys that allow to increase, decrease or switch off/on the backlight aren't working.

If i click yes, it does open windows update but my windows is up to date already (Windows 10 1903 version: 18362.10005)!

Yesterday all was working as intended but today i get this error!

no windows updates were installed. Already tried to reinstall updater, same issue occurs. Installing the Updater dependencies didnt fix it

nevermind this post! I installed Aero Glass and it did mess up this app!

Removing Aero Glass from my system fixed the issue

Yep! Fancy glass effects that don't even work and break a system! Uninstalled and good to go

Hello John, Updater app still gives me intel drivers that are not working. I think that out of the last 3 or 4 versions I couldn't install a single one.

The only way I could update was by forcing it from device manager (at least the last time I updated, this time I didn't even try)

Sorry you can´t add that in the UEFI...
And yeah the keyboard shortcuts do not work for it either, it would need to filter the keystrokes.... and there are A LOT of issues with keyboard filter drivers. I would avoid that at all cost.

Don't really know if this has something to do with the webcam not working anymore too. Although the webcam not working might be due to latest big windows 10 update I think. While Intel HD VGA driver is probably not working since way earlier.

There are now two types of drivers - standard and DCH. If you have the standard drivers installed, it can be a bit difficult to go to DCH. Intel drivers usually manage to make the change, however. Nvidia drivers are tougher to switch to the new driver style.

I suggest using DDU Display Driver Uninstaller to clean your system of the old drivers, following which the new drivers will get installed without fuss.
Download the DCH Nvidia drivers from geforce website and the Intel drivers from the intel website.
Use DDU to clean both Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers, then reboot and install Intel and Nvidia drivers.

You only need to do this once. After both your graphics drivers have been changed to the DCH versions, further updates will happen without fuss.

 

Get the hell out of here. Nothing is worst than a burnout and you need some relax. Enjoy your vacation!

On the updater app: Could you add support for the Killer WiFi AX1650x?
Some systems, such as HIDEvolution's Evoc P775TM1-R have this card as a configuration option.
I'm assuming it's missing from Obsidian PC's updater because none of the systems being sold by Obsidian PC come with this wireless adapter.

And do enjoy the vacation. Rest time is indeed necessary

 

Btw. the free version 0f Fan Control still has a few issues. If you select the Max speed option, the fans go to max speed. But if you're in Intel gpu mode, selecting the EC automatic option reduces the speed of the cpu fan as expected, but the gpu fans remains stuck at max speed. Only if I do something to turn on the gpu and then select the EC automatic mode do the gpu fans slow down.

Is the mobile app for remote fan control still maintained?
I have an issue in the Android app whereby the remote IP button becomes unclickable after keying the remote IP address, and therefore cannot monitor the remote system.

I'm having a peculiar problem with the audio drivers here. I've updated and also force-updated the drivers to the current version for my P750DM2G. For the first reboot after installation, the Soundblaster system sees the audio device. In subsequent reboots, it seems to fail to find the device at all, leading to much quieter audio.

Has anyone else seen this; is there any advice for how to sort it out?

The only issue remaining is no headphones after sleep.

 

Doesn't John's Control Station come with a "headphone fix"?
I had the same issue but his fix solved my headphones not working after waking up from sleep.

It does, but somehow it has never worked for me. After waking from sleep, only a reboot fixes the headphones in my case. I'll try a clean install of Windows 10 1903 in a few days to see if that helps.

- Fan Control now checks for Windows Firewall to make sure the ClevoService is added

Just a typo report on Android app, under GPU panel, it says "CPU Load" instead of "GPU Load".

 

App was updated again to correct that bug and others.

 

Well, sorta. If the app is portrait, it's correct. If the app is landscape, it says CPU Load on both windows.

 

You sure @Chastity? in my note 8 running android Pie and version 1.2 of remotemonitor in landscape and portrait it says: CPU, GPU and GPU2.

 

Jah, I also only have CPU and GPU, no GPU2.

I am trying to reinstall the Laptop tools as I had to format and reinstall but I cannot find the download link.

I remember seeing this value which is Highlighted in red, it used to say 3/3.

Is this a bug or do I only have 2/3 fans running at 100% like the UI suggest? Its honest not as loud either when I fully max them out. I have also noticed my temps slightly higher as well, suggesting not all 3 fans are running.

I have a P870TM1 Evoc Clevo single 1080 with triple fan setup.

It will show 3 GPUs only on systems with 3 GPUs.

That means:
First Progress Bar is for FAN 1 Speed Percentage
Second Progress Bar is for FAN 2 and FAN 3 in case of systems with ONLY ONE GPU but with two GPU FANS

 

I understand that John, but I was just saying that in Landscape mode, even after your fix, I still get "CPU Load" for the GPU Load. version installed is 1.2. So basically GPU1 label is wrong.
