If one doesn't know how to extract an ISO as files to be able to install the drivers locally without a USB stick or external DVD Drive, then they should not be owning such a high end enthusiast machine

1) Install WinRAR

2) Now if you right click on ANY *.RAR or *.ZIP or even *.ISO file, you can extract it to the folder name, it will say extract to XXXX where XXXX is the name of the actual file and that would be the folder it would extract to

 

well the file posted above is a compressed RAR file, you can burn it to a DVD *if* you want, otherwise just extract it and run Autoruns..exe and enjoy

So, I've been working on something for a client, but it's also - POSSIBLY - going to help us, too... I've made a Windows 7 ULT (I can include other versions as well if requested), that has most (IF NOT ALL) windows updates integrated into the installer. I've also included ALL drivers for clevo p870dm3 & m18xr2, and can add others, too, on request. PLUS, I've added reg tweaks where the context menu has been changed so you can right click on a file and select the "Move to" or "Copy To" option, or open an elevated command prompt from the place you've right clicked in, also have made the install almost silent - you just need to select the drive you want to install windows on. I've also integrated ALL hotfixes, features, addons, extra's, and anything else MSFT has available like, DCA2.0, WMF3, 4, and 5, RDP, and TONS more! BTW, I've included the full version of Realtek Audio Drivers completely unlocked, just to name a FEW things / tweaks included! It also has a directory with ALL the registry tweaks so that you can remove or disable the tweak IF you don't like it - like running a program in HIGH priority, or right click on an MSI file and the context menu will give an option to extract ALL files from that MSI file OR run MSI file as admin and SO MUCH MORE - NO JOKE!
I've also included TONS of software that installs at the "FINALIZING INSTALL SCREEN" where office 2013 pro plus (or 2016 pro plus - or any version for that matter), driver installers that MIGHT be needed, google chrome, adobe acrobat pro, REVO, irfanview, Redistrib 2005 to 2015, adb drivers, kindle fire drivers, anti-virus, etc... and I'm HAPPY to add other program installers into this windows 7 installer...

I do NOT know if this is something ya'll want, but please let me know... I'm actually VERY close to having it done - tonight the win7 ult installer is compiling, so I'll post on here IF ya'll wanna try it! If not, I completely understand!

LAST THING, HONEST - IF ya'll have requests or recommendations, please post here & PM me, too! I'd LOVE to get as much included in this installer to support as MANY possible models (laptop, desktop, etc)! Hopefully you can provide suggestions AND also use this once it's done! (TESTERS will be requested, heh!)

nVIDIA GeForce Driver updated to v376.60

This is GeForce Hot Fix driver version 376.60 that addresses the following:

• Battlefield 1 crash on some Kepler based GPUs
• Dark puddles in Battlefield 1
• Random black screen in DOTA 2

@EmberV can you help me extract the INF drivers out of the new NVMe drivers for all OSes and upload it pls?

 

Have you tested those?
In the past due to speaker confgiuration and possible pass filters for stuff like built-in subwoofer, it was not a good idea to use the audio/sbx combos from other models.

 

Didn't fully test the SBX, I had one instance where I was connected to a member via TeamViewer and he couldn't hear me until I changed the profile from Movie to Music and back to Movie so hold on before uploading that. The audio driver is fine and is recommended as the one we had was very old

NVMe Driver is safe obviously as well

 

My problem with the Audio driver is that i never know for which models i can use it.
In the past i also had problems where some version would not work with SBX, for instance, i took a more recent audio driver but then the SBX app would say "No compatible hardware".
So i guess i will need to test the latest audio driver with all models before uploading.

went back to x.18, the new one is buggy on this laptop. my profile doesn't stick upon a reboot

 

SBX .19 works with mine profiles stick on reboot

 

Honestly, I feel it's best to keep the drivers for P870DM2/3 instead of using other model drivers.

I remember awhile back the realtek driver posted was for P650, despite being newer than the P870DM2/3, and it gave me volume issues.

Newer isn't always better also.

Drivers for x86 and x64 versions of Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 are included.

I always try to use the newest Realtek HD Audio driver. I do not use SBX so no comment on those.

 

Does the updated Clevo Control Center still screw with the fans if you install the XTU components?

I always have the SupportXTUFanTable value = 0 so it won't get installed

you're an EVOC owner, so you should have the Prema BIOS, no need for that virus called XTU

BIOS overclocking FTW

You know if the CCC the Profile Overclock is standard with it?
I've installed that once with the xx.098 with the advanced features.
The profile "Overclock" can only be operated via CCC and not via FN + 1.
The advanced features can be installed via -Programme-Hotkey - Change.

The Overclock profile is not as loud as the full wash program for the fans.
And it still cools in everyday life.

 

the overclock profile appears when CCC detects that your machine is overclocked. In normal scenarios, it's not there, but I've always had it apppear for me since I've always overclocked in the BIOS. Even for people without the Prema BIOS, if any sort of overclocking is detected, be it in XTU or CCC's built in overclocking utility, the overclocking fan profile is there

I like the overclocking fan profile because it is more aggressive, as in, it spins up the fans faster than the automatic fan profile yet not keep them annoyingly loud like the FN + 1 as j00 mentioned.

All CCC that are KBL ready 5.1.1.1x are bugged and are missing LID LED control once KBL CPU is used. We are working with Clevo R&D to get that fixed...
