The barebone itself (Clevo P650HP6) has a very good build quality and the price is nice, just check how is the warranty and if anything is done regarding thermal compound and heatsink treatment.

their prices are really good, and panel selection is one of the widest. A shame no HK on the P650

I am just sifting through EU Clevo resellers, and for some reason it's so hard to get hold of a P650 with 1070/120hz/HK. Not the customisation freedom I expected

    Hi folks.

Anyone ever use this site before?

    https://www.dubaro.de/

I have specked a Clevo p650hs-g with gtx 1070 and it is very well priced compared to other places with similar specs.

Their reviews look good but I would prefer to actually get a thumbs up from someone that has already used them.

And if anyone has any info on their delivery times to Ireland that would be great.

    Thank you all.

Yeah see that's whats killing me. Price is excellent but there is no physical address on the site for the shop and even though they say they have 100% reviews on their amazon shop there is no actual link to any amazon shop on the site. Its the old saying "if it looks too good to be true then it probably is".

I emailed them 5 hours ago as well in relation to keyboard type but have received no response yet.

I don't see a keyboard choice option on the website, so it's probably going to be a german one.
I believe this is their Amazon store and this was their old website.
Probably would've bit the bullet and ordered from them instead of Clevo Center despite no 120hz panel

They replied to me there. They are going to contact their supplier to see f they can get a uk keyboard. Might chance them if they can convince me over email. They are slow to respond in their Facebook site as well despite me replying to their message straight away.

Might be worth it, their feedback scores seem to be legit. And if you can get a UK keyboard (I got US Int), then it's certainly a good option.
Don't remember checking, but their prices include vat right? Cause they roughly come out to what I got at ClevoCenter before calculating vat

Yeah I think I will chance them. They are slow to reply but are looking into what I asked them. Their prices are vat included which makes them very cheap altogether. If they can get a uk keyboard and the wait time isn’t too long then I will defo purchase

Most Clevo companies can't get the CPUs in anything close to the numbers that they would need to justify offering the chassis, plus the chassis aren't exactly available yet (not from the company @sicily428 mentioned above either.

Next big batch CPUs is expected to land some time between the end of October and beginning of December, so anything before that will be pre-order and waiting 2-7 weeks.

NOTE - this isn't official Intel information, just summary of the publically available information!

Good News. GTX 1060 and 1070 are supported now in some of old Clevo models, so you can upgrade GPU instead of buying new laptop. Both GTX 1070 and 1060 are standard size cards 82x105mm so they fit inside old MXM3 based laptops. Check our UPGRADE GPU configurator for your specific laptop model.

There is no need to change LCD panel. P170EM is Optimus based so GTX 10 series GPU work. You need eDP panel only if your laptop doesn't support Optimus.

    That was quick thanks.
I was on the shops Website and there it says if you want to upgrade to 1070 you need a New LCD .
    Thats why i was asking.

So i just need the upgradekit and the heatsink thats it? For 1060?

This is error - we will fix tomorrow. P1xxEM models are Optimus so you don't need to change LCD to eDP. You can use your current VGA heatsink just change thermal pads layout. We supply thermal pads with our GPU upgrade kits.

    Excellent thread!

    Here are my 2 cents.
There's another clevo reseller in Spain:
    https://wolfuma.com/
Their prices are very good and claims to have XMG warranty, but I contacted them and they don't have it in their database, so probably not.
Also Seismic is closed, their website doesn't work anymore.

You can order via eurocom.com site. If you choose VAT included option everything is included and there are no extra charges on receipt. You can also order in EU via http://www.eurocom-europe.com

Which specific customs costs are you asking about? The last post was about an Italian reseller - could you provide a little more information so we can give you the best advice? From your other post this morning I think youre asking about customs costs when buying from EU and then having the delivery in the US.

He's asking about a GTX 1070 which a private seller is offering from France on the NBR Marketplace, not about a laptop and it's importing from EU into USA.

The questions already been answered there, but for clarification @nixliu you'll have to pay your state sales tax IF the seller declares the full value of the GPU. Shouldn't be any duty at all on a GPU but customs might charge a processing fee for the import, which might be USD20 or so. It all depends how it's shipped and labled.

    Thanks, I updated it.

To everyone else, sorry took a large hiatus from the website, but I am back. I've added more than 15 new resellers to the list.

And especially thanks to JerryDD for finding a almost insane amount of resellers that I added to the list, however, more than 10 have been removed as they do either not sale Clevo's anymore or are not in business.

Has anyone any problems with CEG (now Clevo Systems)? I'm waiting for refund for my order for three months.
    Short story about our conversations:

On December 16 last year, I wanted to buy double cooling for my Clevo from CEG. They stated that they have it on stock and they quickly sent me a bill for 50 eur,
    On December 18 I sent a transfer.
On the 9th of February I asked, what about my cooling, I asked for the parcel tracking number - no answer.
February 18, I asked again - I got the answer that they will check what is happening with the package.
On February 22, I asked again - no answer.
On the 25th of February I wrote to them that it was taking too long and gave the account number for refund. They replied that the package is on the way, but if it does not arrive, they will ask for a refund for insurance.
On the 7th of February I wrote that the parcel still not arrived and I think I will not arrive anymore and I asked what is the answer from post office. They replied that they don't got any answer and that they would send the second one or give me back the money. I replied that in that case i will wait the second package.
On the 15th of February I asked what about the package. I got the answer that China has a new year and delays in shipments, so it will be easier to return the money. I have provided the account number again.
On February 23 I wrote that I did not receive any money - no answer.
On March 9, I asked for money again - no answer.
On March 21, I wrote again asking for money, to a new e-mail address, because it turned out that the company changed its name and electronic addresses, although the VAT number was the same.
On March 23, I received a response asking them to attach their invoice and provide my account number.
On April 9, I was already pissed off and asked if their company had fallen so low that 50 euros was too much for them. They replied that they are after a major reorganization and the money will be sent soon.
Today we have April 16, I still do not have money.

Sorry for lame question here. I'm about to buy XMG Apex 15 during my upcoming short trip to Germany. At product page there is notion that laptop might be assembled under express schedule but there was no such option during checkout procedure. Since my trip will last only few days I'm afraid that I will not have enough time for standard assembly and delivery. I've emailed to [email protected] but no answer was provided. So I hope to reach XMG's representatives here.

Correct indeed! But I pm'd @Sergey P and he was able to reply, so it seems that the 5 post minimum is before you can start a pm thread, you can reply to a pm thread with just one post. Learn something new every day ;-)
