Anyone who has gotten their laptop from Brian check to see if he used high quality parts? I am a little worried that the parts that he put together might not be up to par to what was payed for them.
I feel like opening mine up anyone thinking of doing the same thing?

I really dont know who got cheap parts inside of theyr laptop bought at flawless.
But my M570U got seagate HDD 7200rpm. Pioneer multi DVD, Corsair ram, bluetooth 2.0, intel pro wireless giga. ALL WHAT IT SUPPOSED TO BE INSIDE.
Was the best deal of my Life.
The only notebook i can really say PERFECT i ever owned.
I had bounch of HP, Asus....etc etc----always complaints...
This one made by Flawlesscomputer is JUST FLAWLESS. -
One more thing...
Compnanies that didnt have the troubles Brian is facing makes "dirty things" and NONE speaks so much about this...
Look HP, Look Mac...look acer and many more and still people keep buying their sh*t without to make so big WAR ....
I can understand someone is waiting a bit more...
But i am sure no matter this problem people will get what they want...and i repeat....Products made by Flawless just worth that name.

The one thing i am unhappy with is that my copy of office "professional" was a white CD with no product key. Brian told me it was because it was volumed licensed, but I dont know if to believe that. -

All there, and a legit CD of Windows XP pro to boot(pun intended). When I received my replacement flawless from Sager they sent me all the software CDs for the software extras that came with it originally. My first system from flawless did not come with those CDs
My system is pretty much flawless, except that I am noticing that part of the touch pad on the lower right corner looks like it is coming up a little bit. It looks fine for now, but it might be a problem in the future if it peels backs further. In any case it would mostly be a cosmetic flaw for me, considering that I hate this track pad and I much prefer using a mouse anyways. -
Still have not heard from Brian....

I hope all will turn well with your orders... All this crossed my mind when I bouht from Eurocom. I thought they were quite small when I read here they're even supplying Sager. A chance I once saw an Eurocom laptop 8 years ago; it gave me some confidence. We're all left in the dark with the fall of ATS. A chance I had time to get my ODD replaced before they went down. Even with Eurocom I am now uncertain they will honor my 3 years warranty, though they claim they will.
My point is that whatever merchant we bought from, the warranty thing is not in their control and I don't think it's the merchant obligation to honor the extented plan. I just hope FC will just deliver all the orders/RMA pending.

Brian Personally told me that he will take care personally about my laptop whenever it need assistence.
So i am not worried about that.
And i am sure all of u guys will get the same.
There is not only parts...but also labor that he did inside of my notebook like heatsink..and so on...
But i am sure u ll change ur mind about Brian -

Ungkaren, you seriously just need to shutup. Noone wants to hear your mindless dribble about loving Brian. We gave him our money and he was intending to not give us anything. Do you think he wasn't? Well, let me start going through SOME of my experiences:
I ordered a laptop on the 27th of January. The 9th of January was my first estimated ship date. Brian told me to mail the money by check for an additional discount and stupidly I did. The 9th came around and I had to email him in order to get a status update on my laptop. He said it would ship on the 19th. I said "Did the shipping date get pushed back then?" He refused to give me a straight answer and just said "It will ship betweeen now and then."
Well the 19th came around, and I again had to email him. He said that the laptop would ship by the end of the week. The end of the week comes, and still no word. I email him once again, and he says it will ship by monday, tuesday at the latest. He then cuts off all correspondence with me until wednesday, when I called his mother threatening to put him in prison. He emailed me on WEDNESDAY THE 28TH (Capitals so you will remember this day) that the company was going bankrupt and I would get a status update when the company resolved the issue.
For one, how rude is that? I, a customer in the whole for 3 thousand dollars, will wait until he can file for bankrupcy and thus be absolved of his obligation to ship me a product.
He then told me, after pressing him, that I would get my refund when the bankrupcy was resolved. I then confronted him, asking him how he expected to have money to refund me after his bankrupcy if he doesn't have it now. No email reply came for a couple days.
My next email from him was a couple days later, when the pressure from my police/BBB case was starting to reach him. He said, out of the blue, that he found a defective m570u lying in his storehouse and that he had sent it in the day before next day to get replaced, and then he would ship it to me on tuesday next day when sager sent it back.
Well, I emailed sager over the weekend and they recieved no shipment from Mr. Smith. Mr. Smith then emails me on thursday of that week to tell me "The police are questioning me and I can not ship the laptop until you drop charges."
Hah, yeah right. That was his last email before he was jailed.
Now here's one of the real kickers in this bankrupcy ploy. Remember that date I told you? February 28th when he told me the company was filing for bankrupcy? Well, apparently he took an order on from someone on February 27th, THE DAY BEFORE. Are you telling me that in one night from when he took that order, his company suddenly went down the tubes and bankrupcy was decided on?
No, this was a scam. I don't know if Brian started off with a legit business and just decided to cash in before his company went under. I don't know if Brian started off with the idea to credit the image of a legit business so he could scam many people at once. That is just speculation and I won't allege anything.
All I can conclude though is at the time of my ordering, Brian Smith was bent on scamming people.
So in closing, please do not post "I LOVE BRIAN" or any other annoying messages. Even if all these experiences does not sway you to his thievery, at least have some sympathy for other people. No one wants to hear you right now saying how Brian is good and nobody cares that you are a naive fool. -

Same delay happened to some customer before all that happened and customers got theyr systems...
I thing maybe he had to much pressure from customers as you was pressing him i am sure...that he got screwed to try to servs all his orders and went to some trouble also because of it..
I can not think at all he is a scam or wanted to earn enough money without to ship orders...
The troubles he is facing isnt enough clear to you.
But what i am sure is that u will get ur system and if u dont care anymore about it...u will get refunded. You wont lose ur money...so u cant stop to shut up on people like me wich are really THANKFUL to Brian for everything he made for us.
So if this is a free world and a free forum u cant ask to ANYONE to shut up.

If Brian was such an outstanding guy he would refund me the 300.00 bucks that I payed for a three year warranty, and he would have sent me a legitimate copy of windows office. I'm still trying to figure out what Flawless did for you to warrant this unflinching loyalty. Balance your 1 success story against the many bad stories described in this thread. Am I incorrect in assuming that you don't personally know this guy?? So you spoke to him 2 or 3 times on the phone. So what?! Do you honestly think that if your machine stopped working tomorrow, he'd treat you any differently than the other people he's done "business" with? Wake up. We heard you already, we understand things worked out well for you. That does little to engender trust or patience in those people here who are looking at $3000 dollar losses.

But i got nothing, a lady opened the door and i think it was the Mom, she just said that Brian does not live there anymore, that she doesnt know where he is.
Then i started talking about Flawless, once i said that, i saw that she started to get scared, and simply shut the door at me, all she said before she closed the door was that Brian will take care of it soon.
I got nothing....Just wasted my time.. -

Brian payd the delivery to DHL and sent the unit back to me in 10 days. Plus he purchased for me in Usa some other Item i could find olny in Usa and with the best deal.
He did it...and he did even more.

It's about are hard earned cash and the status on where are computers, refunds, customer service and wahtever else. I got the same
story Morgan got with 3 ship dates then basicly zero contact after i said the words REFUND!
He said the refund had been done? Well that was a good week or so before the crap really started hitting the fan. So More then likely my "Refund" would of been in the mail by then.
Oh and by the way like my fiance told ms.smith when ms.smith called my home. I almost lost my job due to this BS, Because i made a commitment to have a notebook for work. When no notebook shows up and i keep telling them oh this date oh this date. They begin to get tired of waiting. So between me and my fiance and a little bit of tax money i still had left. I managed to get a notebook off NEWEGG! for the time being.
also i know there a quite a few others that are in a jam because ofthis (everyone is). But, one guy i know ordered amachine from him because hes a computer science major (think im correct on that) So he needs a insane desktop to do all of what he does. -

I would be heated too, if I needed to have my notebook for work or school, and was left without one due to this situation. I was lucky enough to receive mine in December. If I could not have received it by January, I would have been screwed because I bought this system to be used specifically for graphic design school.

You cannot possibly know that these customers will get their systems or their money. And in many or most bankruptcy cases, they will end up with neither.
Also, you claim to know brian better than the rest of the posters? How is this? because you talked to him on the phone? Many of the posters in this thread have done the same. And have been met with false promises, outright lies, and no results. But somehow your talking to him from the other side of the world makes you best friends? If you unquestioningly believe everything someone tells you on the phone from thousands of miles away, then you are more naive than others have suggested.
We get that you love brian. We DON'T need to hear about it in every post you make. You got lucky. The majority of his "customers" are getting screwed. You are the anomaly.
Your posts add nothing constructive to the discussion. So unless you actually have solid proof that brian can fulfill his obligations, I would refrain from interjecting after every post. -

You are welcome to your opinion. But after over a dozen posts by you consisting of "i love brian" or similar, we don't really care.
As I said, I'm happy you got a good system and good service. However, the FACT IS that majority of people in this situation have gotten screwed over. They don't need to be reminded of how lucky you were. It's easy to be optimistic when everything is working for you. But it is insensitive to tell those with problems that they shouldn't worry about it.
I hope Flawless can resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction. But so far, he's done a lousy job.

The real problem is with the raid setup, I need to buy an external usb optical drive to install windows. Unfortunately, the driver cd that can with the system did not include the 64bit nvidia drivers. I have been looking all over for drivers, but cannot find any for the 7950 GTX. Even the 64bit modded .inf files don't include the 7950GTX. Sent an email to brian already, but I don't know if I'll be getting a reply. -
I talked with Brian Smith's (Flawless Computers) mother, today.
She said Brian has been incarcerated for driving violations. I asked if it had anything to do with the computer business and she said, "no". She has not heard from her son but has spoken to his probation officer. His probation officer told his mother to take down everyone's information and for everyone to gather proof of payment information. She has received three other computer related phone calls. If you ordered a computer and would like to pass along your information, her home number is 303.617.4401. Please use good judgement and courtesy as she had nothing to do with her son's behavior and is collecting information only. Perhaps his probation officer may be helpful. She said that she was very sorry for her son's behavior. -

No, I think it's great he has a probation officer. Probation is an important element of the criminal justice system. We can't let thieves and fraudsters run unchecked just because we need their cell for a murdering psychopath, rampaging rapist, or worse, a POT SMOKER!!!! duh duh DUH!!!!!
I seriously hope that her being sorry for her son's behavior somehow, some way, eventually equates to restitution for the aggrieved. I have my doubts, but I remain optimistic.
I feel for those of you that have a financial stake in this mess, and I really hope it shakes out your way. Unlike ungkaren, I suspect waiting for the sun to rise and shine down on Brian and Flawless Computers is an inappropriate tactic. -

Brian A Smith's probation officer is Cleaveland Holmes 303 662-5935.
Brian Smith is going to be in jail for a very long time. First court date is March 23rd at 0930 in Douglas County, Colorado. He has multiple court dates pending.
The probation officer paid him a home visit and he had a bunch of expensive stuff and the PO sent him packing to jail. The PO says his parents are very good people who are selling his stuff to pay people back....
More later after I talk with the Detective in charge of the computer case... -
Okay, whats really going on? You don't stay in jail for driving without a license and POs dont come to your house for that either. Nor would he be in this much trouble so soon if he was going bankrupt. He must have done someother stuff besides just driving without a license.
I have yet to contact anybody about the money Brian owes me, to allow those who didn't even get a computer to have time to get their money back first. Having been involved in these types of situations before, I am certain that everyone with proof, will get their refund eventually even if it is taking a few weeks.
When we get our refunds I suggest that we put some of that money aside to pay for counseling for ungkaren as he/she will be obviously greatly effected when Brian remains in jail and his assets are sold to pay his debts.
