It looks a bit like the board may actually be running out of power to supply the CPU...
Play with CPU voltage up and down and see how that changes the behavior...
Use static instead of adaptive if possible.

I'll give it a try this evening mate. Im currently running a - 115mV on ring and core. Because it wasn't crashing I thought everything was OK. I'm gonna start off by changing it to - 50mV and see if it makes a difference. I'll keep it adaptive at the moment as I've never played with static voltage. So I'll do some reading. I'll post my results soon :)

Refer to my screen shot. See how my watts are higher than yours? My cpu is sitting at a lower over clock than yours?
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/clevo-overclockers-lounge.788975/page-677#post-10396535

Are you even able to draw more than 60W?

    Hi all,

Thanks for the input. I am pulling about 70w peak. Ive been playing about with the voltage and the more power i give to the CPU the worse it gets. I tried -50mV and caused it to throttle a lot. I did a little experiment and if i drop the core and memory on my GPU by 200mhz each the CPU doesn't throttle . (this is me running with a -130mV on core and -100mV ring and -20mV on analog.

You should be able to run 4.6 without touching anything other than power limit 1 and 2. This should be 100 percent doable, but that is with a P870DM2/3. It should be doable on other 6700K setups. As long as the EC is not current limiting you with over draw from the system.

HWInfo64 reports no throttle at all on his system...maybe the monitoring itself causes the drops... ;)

Yep. Mine is doing this as well. Worse than yours, but the cpu clocks hold and so do the gpu clocks...

That was 8 cores. Look up 4960X/980M.That will give you closer to you results.

This is one of the must have benchmarks as it stresses both CPU/GPU together o_O

You can read the cpu/gpu max - min temperature after bench in TS. You can even read the maximum power draw from the processor :) Is there more you need? You should be more interested in maximum numbers. And I don't mean useless numbers :D

Memtesting 3200 Mhz CL14 right now. Someone took this kit to 4133 Mhz @ 18-18-18-36-CR2 at the default 1.35V. Lets see if my kit can do it, i doubt it since its 64 Gigs :p

Are you sure that +550 memory clock doesn't scale backwards in benchmarks?

GDDR5X can be pushed to high OC but there's a wall that it hits and you lose performance.

Nope, not so far. Seems like as the clock goes up and so does the score... as expected. That might vary by benchmark, GPU binning and temps.

Nope. I have the 4x4GB Kingston 2400 overclocked to 2800. The 16GB G.SKILL 3000 modules are still too unstable. I am probably going to switch to 4x8GB of 3000 RAM this week. The smaller capacity and lower speed is reflected in slightly reduced benchmark scores.

It is odd that going from 16GB to 32GB seems to improve scores even though it uses nowhere near the capacity. I never would have expected that.

Did it run until it finished and said completed with no errors? It is still running in that screen shot. XMP1 CL16 or XMP2 CL18? Does it complete memtest86 with no errors?

XMP1 CL16,, it never finishes man, I got bored after 16 seconds. Didn't have time to test with memtest yet but let me tell you this, before the latest Prema BIOS fix, it would crash right away in any benchmark like Fire Strike. Now everything works
