It's easy, either lever up the panel above the keyboard or push a screwdriver through the hole in the mobo/chasis by the GPU fan to push the cover off, unscrew the keyboard and lift it up gently and before lifting it out, disconnect the LED and data cables (centre and to the left).

I'm a noob when it comes to installing hardware

How do I install a mSATA drive onto my NP9150? I know I have an empty slot
How do I open up the NP9150? Where is the mSATA slot located? Is it difficult to do? MANY THANKS in advance!

In future check your users manual for basic tasks as it has step by step instructions. You need to remove the bottom cover, put the card in the slot close to the battery bay (the screw should be in the post so take that out first and use it to secure it down) and close the system up.

You can locate the exe for the program and tell the control panel to prefer the use of the integrated GPU for that specific program.

EDIT: Scratch that. Just did a little further research and it appears that it's run through a system .dll file instead of a standalone exe. I'm going to see what I can figure out.
EDIT EDIT: Doesn't look like there is any easy way to do it. Might be best to set your preview application to be something else that does have an .exe file that you can control which GPU it runs off of.

When I put my laptop to sleep, the wifi wont connect or show any signals after I open it up again to use it. Before its asleep the wifi is working perfectly and connections are shown. What do I do?

Check this setting Device Manager > Network adapters > right click your wireless card > properties > Power Management > unclick: Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Just a quick question guys, is it normal for the i7-3630QM to hit up to 101 degrees on some cores when all cores are at 99% load? I'm also worried about the GPU hitting 92 degrees with stock clocks and 99% usage. The fans never seem to like to run at full blast unless I force them to using Fn+9. Anyway my room temperature is about 29-30 degrees most of the time, though turning on the air-conditioner doesn't really help to cool the laptop under the same loads.

I'd be pretty concerned about those temps. Pretty high. When's the last time you cleaned it out or did a repaste?

The only way to be accurate is to get a meter that plugs into the wall. They are not expensive.

Hopefully you didn't mean the Kill A Watt, the one I linked is a 120v model. I'm looking around for 240v models and they're pricey.

Edit: Or the one that Meaker posted ;)

10-20% range roughly. Depends on the brick and loading level.

So I've finally got around testing my power brick and it seems by brick has a bit to give even with a moderate overclock on the gpu and cpu so I've decided to flash a modified vbios to get a bit more out of my gpu, I'm going to use ATI winflash, is it simply a case of loading in the vbios and clicking ok? Do I need to make the gpu kick in first to make it recognise it by running a game or benchmark tool? Thank for a help in advance

Recently my p150em has developed a vibration/knocking noise in the cpu fan area. Has anyone run into this issue? I imagine the fan bearings are probably getting worn out, but wanted to see if anyone has other ideas.

    Yes, it's a standard module.

If the fan is making noises it needs oiling or replacing.

I have the latest release and I know it states that you can overclock the cpu the but I think that's just with xtu, before I got version 2 I could only overclock my cpu with a p170em bios, I'll ask prema about it but I think it's impossible to overclock my cpu without xtu even with his bios on the machine

Hey all, I am wondering where I can get a Blu-ray player that will fit in my NP9150/P150EM/POLLUX 1612? or a certain size/or whatever I should be looking for. I also was wondering about RAM, should any RAM work, and do I just replace the old RAM by just taking it out? or is it more complicated than that.I have contacted Mythlogic a couple times in the past few months and have strangely not received a reply yet. Thank you!
