if 'SLI' 1070N or 1080N msi doesnt exist, tell them if these system exist: GT73VR 6RE-073 or GT83vr xD
Plus something to mention, if u look into the board of ur card with wire, it's wroten: Version: 0B like a beta....
The chinese one is version: 1.0 without wire
I still receive nothing in hand so i wait for the 100% confirmation x) -
Must have been a board change that screws with the EC.

They don't sell MSI machines and their suppliers may not have them so they might have assumed.
-
i literally told them off on their youtube video
hopefully i should get the laptop back next week...sometime. -
My shipping will reach tomorrow binher warhouse but...they told me they cant upload picture to show me what inside....so i need to trust them and hope they will not switch my gpu with something else..
-
Let us know when it arrives cos I might jump in and try with the P870DM-G. It will most likely have me sell the non SLI version to get it.
Will need help navigating the taobao site.

That's a really good idea.
-
let us know if the card you get is legit.
EDIT: saw it went down from 96 to 95....i am guessing it's you.Last edited: Dec 10, 2016Dr. AMK likes this. -
well...the guy allready made more than 1690sells and sold 2 1070N as buyers upload picture of their product with comments( i found the feedback system better than ebay). i just have to trust warehouse bhiner at this moment.Dr. AMK likes this.

xD well to help you, do it with a laptop and use android app Google traduction so it give a traduction directly with the camera. or with the app himself with screenshot ( i started like that) Easier if u cant wait my tutorial, youtube is your friend
-
if you dont want to do it yourself, bhiner or any other agency( much cheaper) can do all for you....but bhiner will not accept visa or paypal..only bank transfer or westernunion because its more than 500$. You will just have to create an account and give them the link.. then they will calculate the usd price with their currency..i think u will be near 800$ with them but be sure they will give you a picture once they receive it so its trustfull. i wanted to pay only with paypal or visa.
i baught my 4k panel with that method with them

I think i got the taobao stuff working
Did you use alipay? -
yes i used alipay...i think its the only way.
-
we are eager to see if the gpu gets to you and if it works!
the possibility of doing 1070s with SLI is awesome!
EDIT: will probably just buy the individual parts like the heatsink, sli cable, power box, and psu and keep them as spare parts.
I also had a look at the instructions for the 4K screen upgrade and it looks like there's a few more screws i need to undo in order to get to the plastic frame that separates the GPUs from the RAM and battery. it doesn't look like a complete disassembly....just enough to take the frame out to cut it out without damaging the motherboard.Last edited: Dec 10, 2016 -
Guys is new version of Control center (with end 90) have working cpu ram oc option? I mean in P870DM with 6700k. Any one have that icon in latest CC? Ive instaled this but I have only gpu oc icon.
-
Do not install this Clevo CC version. It contains XTU services and will mess with fan control. OC options for cpu-ram is meant for newer Clevo models
Use latest drivers/software from this link http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/clevo-p870dm-drivers-mirror.786094/Mo&Ma likes this. -
That's the first rule of the clevo club: uninstall the bloatware!

Thank for the replay Guys.
But lets make this clear, is better to not install Clevo cc at all, or only this v90 version?
Papusan in that link U give there is cc but v50 yes?
Becouse beside that no cpu ram oc icon (that U explained too me) I had no problems with fans i think, of course stock parameters.
Ive tested some games and firestrike on set "AUTO" fans. Fan noice was ok and temps also - max 72 on cpu, max 67 on gpu
So please explain more detailed, ive got still not much experience with that model of. Clevo
Of course i want to use xtu in future to oc cpu if ccc wont have that option -

I wouldn't suggest using XTU to overclock, you should use something like ThrottleStop instead.Mo&Ma and Spartan@HIDevolution like this. -

you can install the latest version without the built in XTU!
Edit the OEM.INI file in the Clevo Control Center driver's directory before you install it:
Change SupportXTUFanTable=1 to SupportXTUFanTable=0 -
Thanks, what version of ccc U recommend?
-
Or do it properly. Skip the Bloatware
Live with the blue lights and be happy your processor don't need to spend unnecessary power on bloat

for the P870DM2/3 = .90
For the P870DM = .50 -

@Phoenix Ive readed some post in throttlestop thread, do You still have that ts profile 6700k that Mr. Fox set for You (is that 4.6Ghz)? I want to push my 6700k a bit but I want to do correct

gonna try and get access to some spare parts from Metabox.

did you break yours?

Prepping for a possible SLI upgrade, the one I've been hyping up LOL

Just had to add some liquid metal to my slave GPU, it started hitting 95C and thermal throttling at low load, don't think I put enough on, hopefully that's not an indication how long it lasts before it dries. Yay for RTSS OSD, it was instantly obvious from the temp display what was going on with the fps drop and Fn+1 doing nothing to help. 5 min later, fixed. As it is now 3-5C cooler than the master maybe I didn't put enough on there either.
I'm still waiting on my bits from metabox, 4 weeks and counting. -
that's lame about your parts. i just put in a request for parts.
-
Guys is the 3k 120hz screen really amazing? In Poland they only sell with the 1080p 75hz option and would have to wait like 2 months for the screen which is obviously not ideal..
So.. would the 3k be worth the wait? -
Spartan@HIDevolution Company Representative
Yes. the smoothness and motion fluidity takes laptop screens to the next level. after you get used to it, it's very hard to go back to slow 60 or 75hz screens again . and don't forget the 5ms response time -
They did tell me they needed to be ordered in. 4 weeks however is a bit more than "should be around 2-3 weeks" and no update isn't helping. I emailed them for one today.
-
they didn't reply with a figure today so i am starting to get a bit disappointed.
-
I should be getting my laptop back today.

Noice!
How much were you charged? And did they replace your motherboard ? -
$80 for the heatsink, $88 for delivery, and $60 for repair.
They said they replaced the motherboard and gpu. So will see if they did when I get home.
Anyone know what screws are used to hold down m.2 ssds?
Sent from my SM-N910G using Tapatalk -
They usually come screwed in next to the m.2 slot.
At least they did with my P870DM-g.Papusan likes this. -
service manual p54 page 13 - "SCREW M2*2L" part # 6-35-B1120-2R0 for the M.2 slot screws (including the half size one for wifi/bt/combo card)

I ask because I had the board replaced a door I could have potentially lost screws is all.
It's in my building's dispatch so I'll collect it later.

Gotcha. I don't know the exact measurement or what those screws are called but they should be easy to find on eBay..

Your reseller should be able to ship you a couple if they are missing.

Will be heading home to install win 10 and the non SLI 1070... Though willing to trade for an SLI version.
