So which Mobile Edge Premium Backpack is the best for the x7200? There are several different options:

    BEF Premium Backpack (BEFBP3)

Mobile Edge Premium Backpack Black MEBPP1

    Mobile Edge Premium Backpack MEBPP2

    Mobile Edge Premium Backpack MEBPP3

I'm definitely looking for the best one with padding but I can't seem to see anything that differentiates them price, 10% to a foundation, and duralex fittings.

I "should" have my unit by tomorrow evening. UPS tracking stopped tracking 3 days ago but it still says "on time" for the 24th so we will see how that goes. When I DO get it though, I want to feel it out for a day or two to make sure everything is in working order. I also have to optimize and tweak it to my personal liking. :D

BTW, I am more or less still learning all of this so you might have to bear with me if and probably when I make some mistakes. I plan on using XTU for CPU OCing and MSI Afterburner for the GPU's. Also, I don't think there are any 470m profiles for 3D Mark 11, is there?

    No SSD bro?

I prefer to choose 500GB Hybrid than SSD because the capacity size of SSD is too small (128GB). Actually I watched video from Seagate that compared Hybrid, SSD, and 10,000 RPM. SSD is the best at first place, and Hybrid at 2nd place better than 10,000 RPM. I thinks Hybrid is enough for me. And i choose RAID 0 for my 3 X 500GB hybrid. :)

did anyone get SetFSB working on these laptops? That combined with ThrottleStop can give you alot of overclocking flexibility.

The Chinese seller of x7200 is SUCH a rip off lol..
It's called terran force. They force you to buy three 512G SSD with it lol
And the price is 100000 RMB. Google tells us it's 15000 USD.

    @physib
    For the CPU or GPU?

CPU, you can use Prime95 or LinX.
GPU, the Programs that Speedy Gonzalez says:

    3DMark 06
    3DMark vantage
    3dMark 11
    Crysis
    ..
    ..
    ..

I will probably buy this laptop in a few days.

    Intel Core i7-950
    6 GB RAM @ 1066 MHz
3 GB NVidia GTX 460M SLi
    500 GB Hybrid HDD @ 7200 RPM
    500 GB HDD @ 7200 RPM

However, I need to know if the only thing that needs to be updated out of the box are the graphics drivers. (259.XX?) All you need to do is go to LV2G's site, download the 265.66 ones from the forum, right? I recall someone saying you need to reinstall the audio drivers for some reason. Do you just get these form Sager's support page?

The reason I'm saying this is b/c I'm paying over 2.5K for a laptop and I don't want to risk bricking my system after updating something like the BIOS and have to go through part replacement, etc...

Also, I have no experience with NVidia GPUs and their updating process along with updating Sager/Clevo BIOS.

Longer the better. The OCCT GPU test runs for an hour default and reports if any errors are experienced (since you can have errors without a freeze or bsod)

But even then, you can be OCCT stable and still crash in games. That happened to me before. I overclock for benches and stock for games. I buy hardware such that I do not have to overclock to play the games I want to play. For benches, use what ever the bench you are running as your stability test, you only have to make it through that ;)

While overclocking is "free" performance and fun and all that, if you HAVE to overclock to play a game, you are not going to be happy.

Where did they say that? And doesn't it only matter that the GPU supports it with the correct drivers and not the computer in general?
