Quick question, I've been slacking on updating most of my drivers. What critical things would I be missing when I don't update my Intel drivers? I mostly update just the GPU drivers.

Regarding Intel graphics drivers... Micro$haft screw up their OS several times a year... And yesterdays graphics drivers can't handle it. + they includes security enhancements as well. For me... Happy camper with no iGPU
Regarding IMEI...
-------------------------------------------
Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver 21.50.0 for Windows 10 has been released
Fixed some issues that may have happened so far, but do not necessarily occur. Intel itself writes: The .. "The driver has been updated to include feature and security updates. Users should upgrade to the latest version. "
- In some systems, the Bluetooth device may have displayed a yellow exclamation point when it came out of hibernation in Device Manager.
- In some rare cases, it may happen that the Bluetooth device disappears from the Device Manager after a reboot.
- In some systems with high Wi-Fi usage and multiple Bluetooth devices, problems with audio playback through Bluetooth speakers could be observed.
-
I don't know why for years I keep thinking IMEI sounds like NSA wet dream and has potential to be super spying device, I'm probably getting paranoid LOL.

Nothing much in fact unless you game solely on HD GFX from Intel!
Let me check my sis's laptop since I've auto enabled W10 updates and I hope BT drivers won't wreck it.Vaeron likes this. -
Why would you use near 4 years old Intel graphics drivers?
You
want prefer a screwed up system?

Really good stuff, the original Clevo package comes bloated full of services and all sorts of uselessness.
-
All OEMs do the same. And some is worse than others. Drivers just follow the software.

Intel to Reduce Gen7 Performance Hit With Final Version of Graphics Driver Security Fix tomshardware.com
Intel's initial focus was on fixing the bug, not on performance.
Intel on Tuesday announced a flaw in its graphics driver affecting GPU generations 3 to 10. When Phoronix benchmarked the patched driver, devices using Gen7 graphics saw a significant iGPU performance drop. But Intel said that the final version of the patch should eliminate most of that performance loss, the publication reported today. -

Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers Version: 26.20.100.8141 (Latest) Date: 4/27/2020
Release Notes (ReleaseNotes_100.8141.pdf)
HIGHLIGHTS:
Unlocked drivers: We heard how much our users want the freedom to upgrade their systems to our regularly released generic graphics drivers and enable our latest game enhancements, feature updates, and fixes. As of this release, Intel Graphics DCH drivers are now unlocked to upgrade freely between Computer Manufacturer (OEM) drivers and the Intel generic graphics drivers on Download Center. Simply use the exe and enjoy the update on your 6th Generation Intel Processor platform or higher, and don’t worry about your OEM customizations--they remain intact with each upgrade and the OEMs can maintain customizations separately via Microsoft* Windows Update. Intel Drivers and Support Assistant drivers will also be unlocked starting April 28th, 2020. See the Release Notes section *4 for important information about this update.
And people had to wait several years to get this freedom
What a Joke! This should have been done already when Intel started offer iGPU first time.

Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers Version: 27.20.100.8187 (Latest) Date: 5/5/2020
Release Notes (ReleaseNotes_100.8187.pdf)
HIGHLIGHTS:
• Windows® 10 May 2020 Update Ready
• Intel® Graphics Installer Changes*2 *5 This driver is WDDM 2.7 compliant and ready for the Windows 10 May 2020 Update. It introduces support for Dolby Vision and the new DirectX* 12 Shader Model 6.5 compiler on 7th Generation Intel® Core processors or higher (Intel HD Graphics 610 or higher).
Note: Installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite your Computer Manufacturer (OEM) customized driver. OEM drivers are handpicked and include customized features and solutions to platform-specific issues. The generic Intel driver provides users the latest and greatest feature enhancements and bug fixes that OEMs may not have customized yet to address platform-specific needs. Users can check for matching OEM versions at OEM websites.
Any graphics issues found using Intel generic graphics drivers should be reported directly to Intel. Corporate customers should always use OEM drivers and report all issues through the vendor they purchased the platforms and support through.Vasudev likes this. -

I would take cleaned out drivers by Win-raid any day over ODMs bloated old Intel driver packages.
