Well, in a way. I came here to read up on 2004 which I'm about to reinstall soon. After all, there have been separate threads for most of the earlier versions IIRC.
If anything, it's 1903 and 1909 that should've been lumped together, due to the latter's half-version nature.![]()

How to download the Windows 10 2004 ISO from Microsoft now (ad blocker must be disabled on the Microsoft page otherwise the download will not work)
Direct Download Link
PS: Since the ISO is larger than 4GB Rufus has to format the USB stick as NTFS rather than FAT32 which means you must disable Secure Boot (temporarily) in order to boot off the USB stick otherwise you will get a signature invalid error message. Once you install Windows, you can re-enable Secure boot if you wish to do so.

That ISO also supports the Cancer Edition of Enterprise (non-LTSC). So, your digital license for Enterprise should be fine with it.

Well, hell. AeroGlass is broken, as I suspected it would be. So, I doubt I will be able to put up with this for very long. Windows 10 is such an ugly piece of crap without it.
And, I don't see the new GPU gimmick. Maybe DCH feces drivers are required for that to work. If so, then that is going to suck. Not sure it's worth having DCH cancer based on what little or nothing "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" is likely to represent. If it doesn't increase benchmark scores, then it won't be useful to me.

Edit: NOPE. Trash. Doesn't have the new Insyder GPU coronavirus gimmick. And, my Galax GPU overclocking tool with heavy overvolting capabilities won't run (refuses to even launch) with DCH feces drivers.
So, I'm restoring my Macrium Image. Not interested in being a test muppet and putting up with broken rubbish from the Redmond Retards, or living with the ugly Windoze OS X pastel puke UI minus AeroGlass. Stupid eunuch bastards can cram that chintzy GPU gimmick up their posterior orifice. Should have known better than to waste a couple of hours on their latest iteration of broken garbage.

NVIDIA Pushes Out DirectX 12 Ultimate Developer Preview Driver 450.82 Techpowerup.com | Friday, 08:28
NVIDIA pushed out one of its first DirectX 12 Ultimate Developer Preview drivers to its NVIDIA Developer ecosystem. The version 450.82 drivers ship with all the ingredients needed for DirectX 12 Ultimate logo certification: software for DXR 1.1 ray-tracing, Variable-rate shading (VRS, tiers 1 and 2), Mesh Shaders, and Sampler Feedback. All NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20-series and Quadro RTX graphics cards already meet DirectX 12 Ultimate requirements. "This preview driver is intended for developers testing their applications with DirectX 12 Ultimate. This driver supports DXR Tier 1.1, Sampler Feedback, and Mesh Shaders," reads the brief description of the drivers.
NVIDIA does not intend these drivers for public use, but rather members of its NVIDIA Developer Program. Use of the software comes with no warranties. The driver isn't listed in the GeForce drivers pages, not even as a beta, and on the NDP page, the download links spawn a login gate. Apparently anyone can sign up for the NVIDIA Developer Program and download these drivers. The version numbering of the preview drivers suggests that NVIDIA's R450 public release drivers will bear the DirectX 12 Ultimate logo, enabling all API features on GeForce and Quadro hardware that support them.
DOWNLOAD: NVIDIA DirectX 12 Ultimate Developer Preview Driver 450.82
Note: NVIDIA Developer Program account required (anyone can sign up)

Microsoft Temporarily Pauses Automatic Windows 10 v1909 Update for 1809 Home & Pro Devices
Last week, Microsoft announced extending the support plan for Windows 10 October 2018 Update, version 1809. The company took this decision due to the ongoing pandemic that has pushed millions of employees to work from home without the regular support that they they receive in an office environment.
It appears that the Windows maker is also putting a pause on automatic updates for those running version 1809. The latest version of the operating system, Windows 10 November 2019 Update, was released at the end of last year as a Service Pack-like update. The company had started broad deployment with automatic updates pushing older versions to upgrade to version 1909.

Ventoy - Create bootable USB stick easily with an ISO (multi-boot capable)
good Morning April 19, 2020
We know Rufus, Diskpart or other tools that can be used to make a USB stick bootable. But it is even easier with Ventoy. A new small open source tool that you can use to simply push one or more ISO files onto the stick.
If an ISO is out of date (or you are a seeker), you can delete it and simply copy the new ISO back onto the stick without having to format the stick again. Even if there is a new Ventoy version, you only need to start and update the tool.

- Windows Defender has been renamed to M!cr0$h4ft D3f3nd3r Antivirus in case you can't find it in GPE
- The recovery partition is now created AFTER C: unlike before where it used to be before C: right after the EFI partition. Not sure what the heck is the point in that other than complicating things for backup programs
- the OS feels snappier (placebo effect syndrome FTW)
Now, I wonder if this build really gets rid of the performance decrease which the Spectre and Meltdown patch brought because I read before that 20H1 was the build that will give us back the CPU performance the Spectre/Meltdown patch took away.Fire Tiger, 0lok, Papusan and 1 other person like this.
