    True, you are right.

The system is currently in production and I hope it gets shipping soon. It should be shipping maybe tomorrow since its refurbished and from outlet.

    Update:

I spoke to Dell about the issues stated above and they agreed to send me a docking station. The battery won't be replaced until I receive the laptop, however it sounds like I may get the battery slice (as per the chat rep). The WWAN card as per the Dell rep will come with it, however after taking a look at the order it may not. If that is the case, I can do the swap, but that version doesn't work with windows 7.

Anyway, I just took a look at the order and its SHIPPED! So it should arrive tomorrow. I found the part number for the backlite KB and once everything is a-ok with the laptop, I will replace it.

I will keep everyone updated :)

Well, I got the system, but I was having issues with the wireless. So I took a look and everything was connected, but the screw was messed up:

Now I need to send the laptop to depot to have it fixed.

    *sigh* it never ends...

I just filled out that form - thank you for that and I hope to hear from them soon.

I filled out the form and they got back to me, however as expected, no luck. So I sent my laptop back in without the battery and HD.

I received everything else requested for the exchange, so all and all I think I should be good. I will keep everyone updated when I can.
