I was expecting a better weight reduction. And after trying the 16:9 for internet browsing it kinda stinks. So I am not that impressed but I like the look.

when is the e4310 coming out?

I looked at this and it seems identical to the v13 in all specs, INCLUDING construction (the v13 is also metal) but is way more expensive. If you don't need the enterprise software (Citrix, etc) it makes no sense to get this over the Vostro. Which is too bad, I like the Dell logo on this much better than the circle logo on the Vostro, but not for several hundred bucks!

The Latitude 13 gives you the option of SSD and the option to get Ubuntu with the higher spec package. The V13 does not...

The Latitude 13 offers different WWAN cards to the Vostro V13. Is that all the differences?

Thats all I can tell, besides the fact that the base Linux version is more customizable and they offer a SSD.

I really like this laptop so far its quick energy efficient and quick for what it is.
My major problem is lack of USB ports and no docking connector.

For the price/size you get a lot.

Does the Ubuntu version come with stock Ubuntu or a Dell version of it? Are there any benefits of either?
