Just an update,

I contacted Dell once they received my old D830, and the CSR was very responsive and helpful. He checked into the situation, and said that since I had WUXGA on my D830 my replacement should have had that option as well. He started the process to have a different E6500 sent to me with the WUXGA screen, and said that all I will need to do is swap harddrives and return my current E6500 when the new one arrives. I just wish we could have started this process w/o a three week lapse.
