Hmmmmm You know what, if I could convince work to give me Win7 to install instead of XP as well..... might be a goer. Now to try to convince them there is something wrong with my motherboard, and get them to ring Dell :D

EDIT: Hmmm just ran 3D Mark 06 and got 1837 3DMarks. No over clocking. Might try it with the overclock and see what I get, and try to watch the nVidia System Monitor and see what the clock does.

Actually did worse with the overclock...1740 3DMarks. But it didnt matter the second I started 3DMark06 the clocks were downclocked, and then halfway through the tests I got this message.

Ello all, a 6400 owner, tried installing the drivers from "Laptopvideo2go.Com" and in the install process the setup says that it could not find any hardware compatible with the installation and will now exit.
I have a quadro nvs 160, why could this be ?

Get the mobile drivers on Nvidia web site. Laptopvideo2go drivers could be leaked alpha drivers or unreleased beta drivers, or desktop drivers. Mobile drivers should work right-away. If you really want desktop drivers on your laptop (be warned of reduce battery life, due to different power management policy of the graphic card), by downloading their INF file which you replace on the extracted setup files.

Steps to update the Nvidia drivers properly:
1- Download the latest drivers of Nvidia web site.
2- Uninstall the old Nvidia Drivers from Programs and Features (or Add Remove Programs in XP) found in the Control Panel.
    3- Restart your computer
4- Install the downloaded drivers. (It is OK if Windows installed a generic drivers at the reboot. The setup will know what to do).
    5- Restart your computer
