That is probably a software bug. Everest, and Nvidia Control Panel shows the right speed.

You know the advantage of 64-bit OS is not only that you can use 4GB of RAM and more (performance).
    Anyway, ok.

No I know :D But do you have any explanation for why I only get about 500 in SM3 scores? :O And whats that program you made really for? Don't understand much of that info you wrote... not your fault, its just my lack of experience with this laptop :D

Sadly, I don't know why you have such a score. What is the score before you overclock, does it match or is close to what I have posted on the first thread? Did you close all running applications (this include A/V, Java update, MSN, ICQ, etc...)? Do you feel your computer run slower? Did you change any default settings of 3D Mark 06 (as this will will affect your score... I used default settings, the ones that come after installing the software)?

Pass trough the system Event viewer (search for it on start menu), for any code: "7" errors (each notification/errors/alert have a code you can see the code by selecting a item... take your time to look). Do you have some?

Remember that the test result posted are form Vista 64-bit, please use Vista to compare. Win7 has beta/alpha and unofficially supported drivers which could alter the system performance.

A guess on the problem might be that you have 2GB of RAM.

It might be my RAM yes, well the score was made in Vista Ultimate 32bit :) Didn't close any applications either, but nope cant feel that my system is running slower... my score without overclock is at about 1500-1600 which is pretty low too :( I hope its the lack of RAM, because I get that score in Vista and the newly installed Windows 7, so it cant be any programs fault...

in any case you have 3 year warranty, right? (well that is the case in Canada, anyway). So, if it's an issue when you get 4GB of RAM and 64-bit OS, you can call up Dell for a new motherboard or heatsink replacement (if the CPU or GPU or Northbridge heats to much a throttles your system under load).
