M4400: 12-cell battery?

    I am assuming you already have one 9-cell. I would then suggest you get the 12-cell, because you can use both simultaneously. I think "spare" batteries are useless, as long as you can get secondary batteries like in this case.

    In case it wasn't clear above, the M4400 was designed with the slice in mind, if you just flip yours over, you should see the gaping socket for the battery on the bottom.
