    the 17.3" Precision M6600 ... won't be launching with an IPS display option, but Dell expects availability soon after.

    F-it, Dell ... I'm tired of waiting.

    What do you think the IPS-Panel upgrade on m4600 will cost?
    I had a Lenovo w510 - nice notebook. And want to buy a W520.. but today i read about the new dell. The wide viewing angles of an ips would be nice...

    I have a W520 with the FHD, it's pretty awesome. Great battery life, screen is nearly as good as RGBLED on M6500, price was pretty good, build is solid. I'm impressed so far.

    Of course the M6600 will at least as good as the HP. The M6500 already had better specs than the HP in every test except black level. They just never compared them head to head in the same review. IPS should make things even better in the M6600.
