Can you tell me what docking port issues? I was looking in getting the standard docking port.

I'm fairly new to buying through these venues, but I opened up the chat window today and asked a few questions, then asked if there were any additional discounts I could receive. They made me set up a business profile (company name or just name, phone number, email), had me add the system I wanted into my cart and save it to my email, and based on the system I built, they were able to give me a new quote ($200 off) which is good for up to 48 hours. For a nearly $4000 (with warranty) system, $200 didn't seem like much but definitely better than nothing. Anyone with experience know if I would be able to get a larger discount?

    Just 2 quick questions:

    1. Is using 2 external monitors simultaneously with the internal panel only possible with the AMD card? I think so, but the marketing has not been very precise on that (stressing multi-monitor setups without distinguishing between the graphics card type)...

    2. Storage: am I right assuming that both M4600 and M6600 offer SSD minicards, plus regular HDD bays (1 in the 4600, 2 in the 6600)?

    Thanks,
    Potr

I think at least 10 percent. I think 15 percent should be realizable!

    That's right. I upgraded my M6500 from 4x2GB 1333MHz to 4x4GB 1600MHz->
    "Kingston HyperX SO-DIMM XMP Kit 8GB PC3-12800S CL9 (DDR3-1600)"

The M6500 uses the XMP1600 profile instead of JEDEC profile. The timings are 9.0-9-9-27-37 at 1.500V.

    Cheers,
    Alex

I am also disappointed that no IPS or RGB panel for M6600.And it is not ____x1200.

But still M6600 is good for me: formal look, sandy bridge cpu, not phenomenal but good display panel.

And I notice that there is a discount on M6600 from dell us web site.
I haven't buy anything on dell web site yet. Does someone know that the discount is always there, like lenovo, or it's gone quickly? Thx in advance.

Ordered my M6600 today, by phone.
I7-2720QM, 8Gb RAM, Nvidia 4000M, other stuff pretty standard.
Total 2800 euros shipping included vs. 3200 euros on website, so it's about -15%. Fair to me.

    Coming on June 10th ...
