    Looks like a large number of these arrived in the USA last night after being stuck in production for weeks as they waited for parts

    I reordered my 6600 on 6/23 with an EDD of 7/25 and an expedite. I originally ordered back in May, because I need this for work. My current workstation is dead and this is putting me in a bad position.

    After it reaches the states but you may have to go to the Fedex site and track by reference number and that is your order number from Dell. Let me know if that works for you:D

    I have bad news... for an order made on 30/05.. my EDD (original was 08/07) is changed to 25/07 and haven't received any email... nobody could tell me why.. have just finished chatting with rep with no response... this so bad :mad: i'm waiting from more than a month now... so before placing an order from Italy think twice on shipping time.

    one of the secondary 256GB SSD on Dell UK is listed at the price of £999,999.99 which makes total cost of the laptop over million pounds.I will certainly call them up and request a quote on selected configuration when I am ready to order. Even if online ordering looks simple and straightforward there might be mistakes not obvious like price above.

    Finally today, after 38 days, my m6600 is arrived.
    Strange as my order was delayed to 25/07 just 5 days ago..
    but i'm happy now:D :D ... it seem that the problem was the lack of tray load dvd-rw unit.. they have changed mine from tray load to slot load without any communication... :p but it's fine for me :D

    47 days. Still In Production. I ordered a slot load. I think it was/is something else holding it up.

    My build was pretty baseline so I could upgrade parts later. I just had a contract end last Friday and I'm getting f***ed right now not being able to work.

    Quadro 3000M was the only thing I thought might hold it up, but they were giving those away for free =x
