Can you elaborate? What screen did you order???

<<<<Sorry, I mean is it a glare type or matte? I don't see any option other than the glare one.

Woot??? I'll be calling them first thing on Monday (both the Canadian and US sites do not show the matte option) and if that's true - might be canceling the W510 and selling the M17X soon.

    Hello,
thanks for this thread, lot of helpful information.

After a complete reinstall of Win 7 64x without any ControlPoint Software I did a calibration with a DTP 94 and the open source Argyll/Dispcalgui. I used the recommendations of the Swiss UGRA (5.800K, Gamma 1.8 and minimum 120cd/m**2, took 125 for the calibration). I am very satisfied with the colors of the ATI7740/RGB-LED right now and attached the profile.

By the way, since reinstall there is a Broadcom USH driver missing and the fans seem to run all the time. Hope somebody can help me with this.

    Best regards
    Reiner

I got a very nice discount from the usual price due to being delayed on numerous occsasions (was orinally purchasing Studio XPS 16 back in December). So I got upgraded to this for very little extra. It is much better for me to sell....

Could you provide a link here or PM me? I'm curious to know the price you're selling it for, as am looking into buying one with the RGB LED (non-E2E).

Found your link. Sorry it's a covet (E2E screen). I'm looking for a matte one.
