That's a different bag...mine came from Best Buy, looking at inserts now and just says "SOLO" with a warranty card to go to Denver Co. In any 'case', it works great and the zipper is offset to the left of the computer for good protection. Great value at 64 samolians. :)

Regarding the screen....I'm using it at factory settings right now, brightness all th way up cause it's easier on my eyes. I'm not a pro like some of you guys, but I've noticed the reds look just like they do on my 1080p plasma TV....colors seem to the eye almost identical. Just a thought.

I just stopped by to say WOW this screen is amazing! I used Bokeh's calibration for my screen, I have the LG, and the colors are simply amazing! The contrast and detail is so amazing, what I thought was just concrete painted white in some of my pictures is actually bricks panted white. The color is just phenomenal. the end.

Two questions.. can't seem to find any info on. First.. If I leave my m6500 sitting around but on, when I come back to use it the mouse cursor moves a bit then the whole machine is frozen and I have to hold down power button to restart it. Is this because it has a problem coming back from being asleep or on standby?
second question.. When I hit capslock a message comes on that says capslock on. Is there anyway to get rid of this? If playing a game or testing full screen it of course messes everything up. I mean really. Do we really need a msg for this? thanks.--- fixed this. it was a bluetooth thing running in background. bttask i believe. fixed.

One thing I did after I installed the color profile is I went into the nvidia control panel and I turned the digital vibrance to zero (it was at 50%) as everything was over saturated especially the reds.

Are you using Nvidia settings or application settings in nvidia control panel.
Also, are you talking about turning down 'digital vibrance' or 'saturation' to ZERO....turning down digital vibrance to ZERO for me greyscales everything :\

Hmm..well after I installed the color profile just as Bokeh said with the profile chooser (I didn't try to install it through windows), I did the following:

    Right click desktop
    Select 'NVIDIA control panel'
Clicked on 'Adjust desktop color settings'
Made sure 'Other applications control color settings' was ticked
scrolled down to the 'Digital Vibrance' slider bar and slid it all the weay to the left til it hit 0%

So to answer your question I adjusted digital vibrance to 0%.

I am running driver version 188.43
