I was going to get a M6600 a few days ago (now no longer around), however when I was selecting the warranty, there was no complete care. However when selecting the M4600, I was able to get select a warranty with complete care.

    Anyone know why this is?

    Must be a glitch..

I've had tons of M6600 and M4600's in my cart, and both allowed me to add Complete Care warranty.

Ya sometimes the Dell site is glitchy. Did you also try to call up Dell and go through the configurations one by one? It takes much longer, but usually you can get pretty good discounts by calling them up (warranty, upgrades, accessories).

They were quite fixed on Outlet Prices though.........

I tried calling in, but they wouldn't budge at all on the price..

Sometimes they have unlisted laptops that officially say 0 in Outlet but they actually do have them in stock. Right when M6500's were bare in Outlet and M6600 was rolling out, you could call up Dell for the M6500.
