So I think my Vostro GPU is either dead or the Fan is Dead

    actually i'm downloading the diagnostic software from dell's support website i'll see how that comes out

    so this is werid, dell diagnostic cd booted from start says the fan and everything works fine. I did a full scan and did 4 seperate fan based test all tested as Pass. But it doesn't test my GPU fan though i don't think. So apparently my CPU's fan is working according to it.

    GPU and CPU are both cooled by the same fan in your computer.

    i didn't overclock i never overclock for laptops

    how would I know my clock#? I mean I know the factory but I don't think any of these programs tell me exactly my gpu clock. So I really am thinking its more window's problem now

    But they can go lower to save power.
    Are you running on battery?
    GPU-z will tell you actual clocks.

    I'm suppose to look under sensors right? It says my GPU Core Clock = 170, GPU memory Clock 100, GPU temp 47, Fan at 100%

    The factory should be GPU 475, memory 975 though
