7970m or gtx 675 (reflashed to quadro), which is available with Alienware now, the other 2 nvidia cards, 1 might be lower & the other 1 higher than this gtx 675.

I am still wondering what Intel mobile CPU with 65w? 3960xm, instead of 3920xm? That would be great :)

well Ihey were in the past lol, I flashed a 7900GTX BIOS on a FX3600 and vice versa among a few others.

NVIDEA often would make the same hardware for both cards and simply flash the BIOS to make it either a Geforce or quadro card.

Possible, but nowadays not that possible, and often quite problematic, which kind of defeats the purpose of workstation cards which is for stability.

Oh, sorry for giving wrong info. So nowadays they make the hardware different for both gaming & workstation.

Mmm.....make sense. So they can charge much higher for a workstation card, I guess.........

The GPUs should be the same; I'd expect that they just put ECC RAM and maybe some other bits and certify it with some business aplications.
