e6420/e6520 to release tomorrow?

    Ugh base E6420 is 1368x768, at least upgrading to a 1600x900 panel doesn't cost an arm and a leg..

    That's a good base resolution for a 14". The typical user should only opt for a higher resolution (tinier objects) if they know what they are getting for their eyesight, their needs.

    Links work then don't work then work again. Dell has done "quiet launches" for a few years now. New products will just show up without fanfare. My guess is that is what is happening now.

    When I checked upgrading to the 1600x900 panel was 79.99 or going to a 1368x768 multi-touch screen.

    From what I saw, pricing was really good. Being able to get a 2720 quad core processor in a 14" chassis will make it a beast :) - thats a faster processor than the 920XM in my M6500.
