I'm really considering this laptop, but just have a question. The NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M4 256MB graphics option, how is it's gaming performance?

I'm not expecting magic, just thinking that if I play a game once in a blue moon that it would be nice. I'm not expecting high settings on everything, just something playable will be nice.

Not a deal breaker, just a clincher :)

    Thanks

I'm expecting a new E6400 this week and it has been ordered with the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M. I'd also be intereted to know what to expect for games like Counter Strike, FEAR, Fallout 3, etc. But like Morien, it's a nice to have not a need to have.

Fallout 3 runs quite well on low-medium settings on 1024x640. To me it's more than enough, if you're a demanding gamer you will not like it.

@big jefery, So you are saying that the scrolling works everywhere but not on your web browser. First of all, what is your web browser? What OS are your using?

Try this, click on the content background of a web page, leave the cursor on the web page, and try to scroll. Does that work? If not then it is a problem with the web browser.

If they don't work at all, everywhere you use it: that is because you disabled the option.

To enable it and customize other options, look inside the mouse panel found in the control panel. At the first tab of the mouse panel, double click on the big touch pad picture. Everything you need is inside.
