    I also have an M6300. Much changed with the M6400 + M6500.

Would not be surprised to see a magnesium palmrest on the new M6600. Could also be the slightly rubberized feel that the new E series has. Will have to go back and look at the Engadget shots again.

Oi vey. Nearly went with the M4500 yesterday. Discovered the W520 last night, mind was changed. Now I see the M4600 coming out if I can be patient for a few more days, weeks ...

I was in the exact same boat as you until a few minutes ago and I pulled the trigger on a W520. I got tired of waiting for Dell to announce so I just did it. If the M4600 looks killer, I always have 30 days to return the W520. I'll let you know my thoughts tomorrow about it when I get it.

If I get my bonus this month, I'm going to blow it on a maxed out M6600 minus the touch screen. Can't wait.

    - New Precision laptops will be available from the mid of April 2011.

    - The optional Touch-screen for the M6600 will have 4-finger multi-touch, in addition to a stylus input (the new Latitudes only have a 2-finger touch capabilty option).

    - The Precision M6600 will have a "Performance-Boost" feature. Not sure if this is as simple as pressing a dedicated button or some other implementation.

    - The Precision M6600 will offer up to 4 external displays with NVIDIA's GPU, or up to 5 external displays with AMD's GPU.

    - Added the NVIDIA QUADRO 5010M. Just got confirmation that it will be offered begining from June 2011.

Is the 5010M that much better than a 4000M that should be launched with the system? I don't know if I should wait or not.
