What do you think about the noise, keyboard of the M4600?

How much better (in percent) is the AMD graphics in comparisson to the Nividia 2000m in terms of gaming?

    Thx.

According to this site, the Radeon HD 6770M is exactly the same as the Firepro, except the Firepro may be a bit slower due to the Pro drivers. If you take that into account, it looks like both cards are pretty much even for gaming. Looks like a little slower memory speed for the Firepro as well.

The M6600 uses the Firepro 8900 which is a rebranded 6970

I recently purchased an HP Envy 17 SB - mainly due to a 25% off coupon. I'm considering returning it and upgrading to the M6600.

I'm wondering if the build quality is substantially better on the M6500 than the Envy line of consumer laptops?

    Hm,
So the performance boost from the Nvidia to the AMD is about 5% or so...

Why is it that when I build a W520 with the same specs as the one I ordered from Dell, it comes down to about $500 cheaper? Probably even more if I called them to haggle.

Did anyone order and receive their M6600 yet? Curious to see how the Firepro performs vs a 6970M. I know it's basically the same card, but on notebookcheck.net it says it will perform a bit lower in games since it has professional drivers aimed at other stuff.

Yes, business laptops will almost always have better build quality, especially high end mobile workstations.

But also realize a fully loaded M6500 can easily hit 4-5 grand...plus what do you plan on doing with your machine?

Can normal people get these business laptops, or do you have to own a business to get one? Also, I see if you order the M6600 you get almost $600 of savings at the moment, man this makes me reconsider my decision to wait for the IPS screen.
