Don't you have the BL keyboard ?

You stole the setup I wanted :((((( grrrr now I have to go for:
    Precision Mobile Workstation M6600 Laptop
    English Windows 7 Professional
Processor: Intel Core i5-2520M processor 2.50 GHz
250 GB SATA Hard Drive (7200 RPM)
4 GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz (2 DIMMs)
    Display: 17.3in HD+ (1600x900) LED-backlit LCD Panel
Optical Drive: 8X DVD+/-RW Tray Load Drive
Graphics: AMD FirePro M8900 Mobility Pro Graphics with 2GB GDDR5
    English Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64 Bit)
Wireless: Intel Pro Wireless 6300 (802.11 a/b/g/n) Half Mini Card
Camera : Integrated 2.1 Mega Pixel Camera with Microphone
    Battery: Primary 9-cell 97W/HR

Guys, do you know if we can change the LCD panel easily ? (not sure about the HD+ cable and Full hd cable)
Might ask Dell to see what they can do as I don't want a HD+ screen :(

Sorry! I was literally camped on the Dell Outlet website most days. Decent systems do come up but you have to be patient - to get there ahead of the eBay resellers :(

I though I read this somewhere in this thread about being able to set any of the 3 hard drives as a primary when doing a fresh install.

If I had a mSATA 128GB SSD, 256GB SSD, and 750GB HDD, Can I choose any of the three to be my boot/primary drive?

Yep, you can. I have 4 hard drives in my M6600 (Intel 510 120gb, Intel 320 160gb(Optical Caddy), OCZ Nocti 30gb mSATA SSD(Linux), and the 750gb hard drive that shipped with the laptop) and have no problem selecting or switching which one to boot from via the BIOS.

The extra $$$ on the XT will be useless if its used as a storage drive... A standard 750gb/1tb will be just as fast.

Are you guys buying from dells normal site or outlet? Outlet right now has some really good deals even without coupons. Got two M6600's. One with a touch screen 3000M graphics for 1350 and another with FHD and a 4000M for 1517.
