    I think 4hrs is basic acceptable battery life for this notebook.

    I ordered one of these ( I used to have a V13 ) and it is due to be delivered by FEDEX today. I am reserving judgment until I see what the real-time battery tests give me (and if it as poor as some of you think it will go back).

    If there is any specific battery test you want me to run please let me know and work permitting I will get it done over the next few days.

    does anyone know if the new hdmi port they added means the vostro v130 can support dual monitor ouput?

    VGA port is already dual capable. The question is, does the HDMI port supports 3rd monitor output?

    The V130 has almost the same housing as the V13 right? As in the physical dimensions are equivalent?

    I like the stuff they added to the V130. I just don't like the price. $700 for it is way way to much....

    It just came out so the price will be premium. Wait 3-4 months and prices will come down by about $150-200.
