LOL, me too, now is the time! That is, unless the M4500 has USB 3.0... if it does, I will go for the 4500 with a 1920x1080 panel.

Just last night I was whining on Dell Chat for any info at all. They run a tight ship if he he didn't know or couldn't tell I was less than 8 hours away from a press release.

It's odd there's no USB 3.0, maybe the marketing hacks forgot to mention it. I was also wishing for ATI graphics and a numeric keypad.

Well typical, like Lenovo and HP 15" workstations we get the wonders of a narrower HD 1920x1080 screen. The role of this notebook is primarily that of a workstation not HD media centre the last time I checked. Looks like the only place we're going to be able to get the full 1920x1200 experience is on a 17" model.

Now they add the rubber bumpers on the screen bezel to prevent all the paint from wearing off...sheesh....

So very true. Dell and others just don't get it apparently. I came up with a solution the other day though, just rotate the screen 90 degrees and rest the laptop on its side :) (use a wireless keyboard and mouse of course) I got all the vertical real estate I could ever need.
