The picture on notebookcheck suggest there will be a Crave version of the M4500.

I don't blame you guys for being bummed about the 16x9 (I'm bummed about no numpad myself...16x9 gives you plenty of room for it), but it really isn't a surprise at this point.

Wait, the sRGB won't be 1920x1080?

as far as i collected info online - there should be 4 led-backlight displays:

    - 1366x768
    - 1600x900 in sRGB with high-contrast mode(?)
    - 1920x1080
    - rgb-led 1920x1080, with adjustable gamut (user selectabel like in M6500 rgb?)

    Best, Walter

Let's just NOT whine about 16x9 and focus on all the other features or lack of. 16x9 is no surprise at all as the manufacturers simply stop making them in 15,4" size. I do hope we'll see better and better quality screens coming back though. If 1 screen ratio means they'll offer possibilities like IPS screens in laptops at some point i'll gladly sacrifice the real-estate.
And yeah, hopefully they just forgot to mention the USB 3.0...the whole press-release isn't exactly a spec sheet but more a general config so i wouldn't be surprised.

btw....base price of 1724, that'll jump up VERY fast with HD screen, SSD, FX 1800m, RAM etc...especially if bought from Dell. Can't wait to see a configurator online although i'll probably wait for refurbs showing up, still doing good with my M4400 :D

btw..that Covet version looks GREAT! I wonder why they switched the position of the VGA and DP though, i use the DP and i quite like it to be at the back and not on the left-hand side
